Hi guys,

ive browsed around before posting as I’m sure this gets asked weekly but can’t seem to find a definitive answer.

could I have some suggestible for a solid fat burner?

I respond a bit too much to stims and find it hard to sleep, so if any suggestions contain stims, ideally ones which aren’t mega dosed.

also nothing hormonal at all.

Thanks

I'm currently stacking Lean Edge (posted above), XPG Ab-solved and Ursa Major (2 ml/day) and I'm down 8lbs and one belt notch in about 2.5 weeks. I don't have BF data but it certainly looks and feels like mostly fat and water loss, which was my goal. Awesome combo that surprised me how effective it is while being non-hormonal and non-stimulant.

Lean Edge is a great option.

But he did link you to the old thread and supp facts above.

Link to new version thread:

Here's a link to a great ongoing cutting thread with someone using it now:

I've never ran either of these solo before but stacked together has exceeded my expectations by a long shot and I really mean that...I'm actually a month ahead of schedule now as I started my transition from my bulk to my cut 😆 it's been aggressively effective for me. I would have actually timed this stack closer to summer if I knew it was going to be like this tbh lol.

yohimbine+caffeine/lean edge stack will be effective or yohimbine +caffeine/reduce xt. start with low dose yoh or go with alpha yohimbine which is milder than the hcl (lower sides)

Great stack and I'm glad you're getting such great results with them. I haven't tried Ursa yet, but I love the Lean Edge and Ab-Solved stack. I'm getting ready to start that back myself next week.

I’m running Invictus, Lean Edge and Epitome. Also doing a keto diet. I’m down 15lbs in 5 weeks, I’d say about 5-6 was from keto and the initial water weight from carbs.

Personally SNS lean edge (non-stim) is the best I've used. Stimmed burners definitely offer a whole different setup tho but I would start with LE and you can always add some stims (maybe start small like just plain SNS Yohimbine 2.5 first thing in the AM - empty stomach)

I think if you are looking for an answer, you'll see a lot of different responses into what people suggest for a fat burner. And it honestly depends on your budget. So it's really hard to suggest the BEST fat burner. I am currently running/stacking:

Fat burners/Thermogenics:
EvoMuse BRITE
HPScience Paroslim
Iconic Formulations ThermoAMP

Cadarine for a SARM

Muscle building while cutting:
Iconic Formulations Alpha Seven
Iconic Formulations Alpha Four

GDAs when eating meals:
Olympus Labs Assass1nate
HPScience Glycoshield

I'm pretty sure these are ALL non-stim. I've noticed a good drop in plain belly fat, and this is me at the gym a few times a week (1-2 hours of lifting, 30 mins of cardio a session.) And I notice that difference in sweat and heat in my body as opposed to not taking these supps. And I actually feel accomplished after my workouts. I would say to take a look into these and research them and how or if some of these will benefit you.

In regards to yohimbine in the AM, dosage should build up to 0.2 mg per KG of bodyweight correct?
Also, will rauwolscine work instead of yohimbine work, and if so at what dose?

Def going to give lean edge a try when the cut is a full go in a week...

I use Alpha Yohimbine/Rauwolscine myself in place of Yohimbine. We make both types of regular Yohimbine makes me feel bad so I prefer Alpha Yohimbine.

Yohimbine 2.5 is 2.5 mg. per capsule.

Alpha Yohimbine (Rauwolscine) is 1.5 mg. per cap.

I don't go by weight, but rather by tolerance. For regular y hcl I always start at 2.5mg (I use SNS Yohimbine 2.5 which comes in caps at that dose - you 100% want caps cuz a bit too much and you can get some nasty sides before youve built a tolerance to it ha) and go up by that dose every week or two depending how each dose feels. I usually top out around 12.5 max (and thats on a hard cut - lighter cuts maybe 10). I typically dose first thing in the morning, around lunchtime (about 4hrs) and then late afternoon (in your case I would stop at lunctime or whenever you eat your first meal as insulin will blunt the usefulness of Y).

For rauwolscine, I personally don't use it often but SNS also has it as Alpha Yohimbine caps. Most people do not get any of the stimmy sides from alpha y so yes, I would say you get most if not all of the same benefits without the potential sides. Dosage is typically in the 1.5-3mg range (1-2caps of SNS Alpha Y)

So are you dosing 10mg multiple times a day? Or just adding up to 10mg? I haven’t tried adding a lunch dose as I’m worried about anxiety. I seem to tolerate waking dose well but 10-11 am seems like it doesn’t sit well

Yohimbine HCL + Fasted cardio .
As @thebigt suggested, cortisol reducing products are a good choice too. 7 keto and b aet are great

Also, estrogen reduction is another pathway. I like resveratrol for this being non hormonal

I prefer Reduce XT (7OH) over 7-OXO orally for cortisol control.

Good suggestion on estrogen reduction being another pathway. Inhibit-E is a great option for that.

You mentioned 7-Keto, BAET, and Resveratrol - I'm not sure if you've seen the formula, but Xtreme Performance Gels Ab-Solves has both 7-OXO (7-Keto) and Resveratrol in it and then their Suppress-C is BAET and some places sell them at a killer price for a stack.

10 multiple times. Deep into a cut usually 3x/day for me as I fast through the day anyways. It both keeps me energized and kills appetite while it’s doing the normal fat burning.

100% agree with the others that mentioned a cortisol control product like SNS Reduce XT (my go to) as once you’re deep into a cut as well as have built up a tolerance to some stims all while continuing to push it in the gym and lower cals you will need it.

Reduce XT is one of our (SNS) products. We've offered it for a long time and you can find a lot of great feedback on it.
Here is a link to it on our website for full write up info: https://seriousnutritionsolutions.com/product/reduce-xt-90-caps/

Reduce XT is available from us or from a variety of online retailers like Strong Supplement Shop, DPS, and more.

Xtreme Performance Gels Suppress-C (B-Androstenetriol) is a great BAET product. Suppress-C used to be a CEL product but CEL stopped making topicals years ago and about 2 years ago licensed it to XPG. Part of the licensing requirement is that they have to use the same carrier, which is the old Avant Labs carrier; not sure if you were around back in the days when Avant first introduced transdermals, but their carrier is considered by many to be the gold standard in transdermal delivery.

Xtreme Performance Gels Ab-Solved is a great product. I loved it when I used it last year and plan on starting back on it within the next couple of weeks myself. It is 7-OXO, Pomegranate Seed Oil (Std. to a min 78% Punicic Acid), Trans Resveratrol, and Phosphatidylserine.

Here is a link to the XPG page on DPS - you can click the respective product for a full in depth write up and they have a great stack price on Suppress-C & Ab-Solved. The price is 61.59 after the coupon code listed on the page.

Thermo-Amp: Three well dosed, branded and science backed ingredients. No fluff, no prop blends, andino unnecessary ammount of pills.

Lean-Edge: Won't find a more comprehensive non stim for this price or any really for that matter. A ton of effective ingrediants and all properly dosed. More than likely has everything your looking for, and some you didn't know you wanted.

DCP: Legendary status, continual upgrades to the innovative/unique formula and pretty much the OG of non stims around here. I was at my leanest while using DCP on a recomp a few years back.

If you try any of what we're discussing or X-Gels, if you remember, let me know what you think of them. And if you have any questions, I'm glad to help in any way that I can.

A lot of people love X-Gels. I'm glad that your friend really liked them.

I'd love to see a log on them if you decide to do them. We also have a couple of products coming out within the next two months that should stack great with X-Gels. We have a Phosphatidic Acid product coming out (which seems to be a love it or hate it ingredient but we've been asked enough that we're going to do one) and then a cool natural anabolic formula that will stack great with it.

Hey, thinking of adding Ab-solved + Lean Edge to my ongoing Alpha Seven + DHEA cycle.
Would those two be the most effective combo? Also, how would these work with women who are obese?

Those should compliment your stack very well in my opinion. The stack of Ab-Solved + Lean Edge allows you to target fat from a lot of different aspects.

Lean Edge is a great option for women and you could make some arguments that the heavier/more obese they are, the better it may even work.

Ab-Solved would also be a good option. Some people may would make an argument to wait until they lose some so they can see the site results more prevalently but I disagree with that. Because the product still works regardless and a major reason too is that its so easy to get discouraged when someone starts something and doesn't see results as quickly as they'd like, its easier to get discouraged. So if a woman is taking measurements and losing weight via diet, exercise, Lean Edge - then the increased inches lost through using Ab-Solved can be so much more encouraging and significant to them.

Very helpful response. Thanks a bunch man. I will be adding those 2 to my cycle.
In terms of women's weight loss, would there be a more effective combo you recommend other than those 2?

I think that those two are an incredible stack.

Here are some good ideas if she wants to add more:

Thermagize XT - If she wants to add a stimulant thermogenic to her stack, I would suggest Thermagize XT. It stacks perfect with those two and it's only 1 capsule once to twice a day and gives a great amount of energy, appetite control, and fat loss ingredients. You may read on some reviews about the first version of Thermagize XT being too strong; we dialed it back for the current version and women love it a lot more bc its strong, but not too strong.

Reduce XT - Reduce XT is great for cortisol control and I think its ideal for women.
or
Suppress-C - the same company that makes Ab-Solved, Xtreme Performance Gels, makes a td B-Androstenetriol that is great for fat loss as well. We (under CEL) used to make Suppress-C years ago when CEL still did td's and if I remember correctly, we were the first company to ever offer that ingredient in a td form. XPG licensed the name from us and as part of that, we made it a requirement that they use the same td carrier that we did so that we knew it was going to deliver great results. DPS offers a great deal on the Ab-Solved/Suppress-C stack.
^^^ Both are great products; its just a matter of whether she'd rather use a td or a capsule. And some people may find that one works better for them for fat loss and someone else may find that the other does. When we made Reduce XT under SNS and Suppress-C under CEL we were always asked why we made 2 different cortisol control products and that was/is the truthful answer - some people will get better results from one, some will get better results from the other BUT also there are a lot of people that will not take a td, and especially not more than one.

Focus XT - if she drinks soft drinks, energy drinks, coffee, I would encourage her to switch to Focus XT. And even if she doesn't, I would encourage her to include it. Focus XT comes in both a caffeine and caffeine free version. It is mainly known for being a nootropic energy drink and pretty much the perfect nootropic base product but it is also a great foundational fat loss product and a sugar free, healthy alternative to canned energy drinks. It is loaded with foundational fat loss ingredients - 1.5 grams of L-Tyrosine & N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, 1 Gram of Choline Bitartrate & Alpha GPC, 1 Gram of Acetyl L-Carnitine, and much more.

MCT oil can be potentially useful but its normally used more by people that are doing keto/low carbs.
