A cycle support supp (I like a stack product that has most of the basics I'd want.), taurine, something more for BP if it raises, extra electrolytes (I like a stack product for this too), tudca if using methyls, might use some otc E control supps if no real AI's needed. I add calcium in pct, since I've read that serms can increase the need for calcium.

Taking 1 less sugar packet out of a cup of coffee that already has 8 never seemed worth it to me, so no not really.

But putting your oxygen tank and protective gear on, when entering a building full of smoke and fire seems like a good idea.

I’m a TRT guy so I take this stuff most of the year (I take a few weeks off every 3-4 months) and subjectively feel it helps - 10mg pregnenolone, 25mg DHEA. These two at these doses tend to help keep my sleep quality good and (I think) also help my libido high. If using orals I’ll also take 500mg TUDCA for liver support.

Beyond those I also take the typical range of supps not specific to TRT or cycle support - creatine, omega 3’s, magnesium and a couple of others. Tons of whey.

If diet is missing that many nutrients theres other problems going on. My opinion is you shouldn't need to take more pills than a cancer patient. It's not good on your body to process so many pills!

would you let me know which of those compounds you get an optimal (not minimum requirement) amount of on a daily or weekly basis through your diet bro.....

that sort of list is common in the anti ageing/longevity sphere.

I actually agree on the processing that many pills though. I get powders where possible

I keep telling you, swap that baby aspirin for a cap of Nattokinase. Still super cheap and easier on the gut longterm.

I don't know how readily they are available in the US (might be a US brand for all I know though), but #Raw has pretty well priced powders on many products in this kind of category. I have seen them having Nattokinase too. Maybe worth a look.

What's a typical daily dose for this stuff, I see it in a wide variety of dosages per capsule

Capsules are incredibly cheap. That’s part of why it’s a useful drug.

2,000 FU (fibrinolytic units) = 100mg

One cap of that is all you need if trying to replace a baby aspirin for anti-thrombotic support.

4-6,000 has been used to show significant positive lipid profile skewing, but more research needs done there to be conclusive. 2,000fu/100mg doesn’t really seem to show that.

I have always used Dr’s Best for this supp personally.

A lot of it we think helps and we takenit because we feel good about it. In reality when our time is up its up.

And i dont think any of it is hard on the body just because its in pill form.

Support should depend on type of gear you use.

I myself use supplemental micronutrients and performance aids.

Vit C, d3
Magnesium, zinc
Coq 10

Creatine
l citrulline

Lipid support is best through diet imho. I dont eat red meat (only on family occassions), eggs, fatty chesse, cream etc. Never above 12-14%bf also.

To control glucose levels having a period of not eating/ fasting is smart. Ideally I dont eat for 14 hours out of a day. Good idea imho if you are on gh or peptides.
