Hey guys. I'm having a little difficulty controlling my blood pressure.
I am prescribed 10 MG Lisonopril a day, but it seems I need to take 20 MG to feel ok (at the very least).
I have a blood pressure monitor/cuff, and (sorry, I feel the need to explain this because my past posts will show I have a brain injury) I know how to take my blood pressure. It seems my BP is usually pretty high, like ~139 Systolic / 85 Diastolic.
I am on a 2 month cycle of Injectable LGD-4033 and M-Sten at 20 MG each. I have made incredible gains in my first 20 something days and I feel great! Other than my BP lol :)
I'm really proud of myself, I've made incredible progress with my self esteem, and I'm not panicking like a retard anymore, really got a grip on ****.
But anyway, I was wondering if anyone had advice on how to approach my rising blood pressure.
I need to talk to my Doctor but I really hate him. Can't get a new one when Corona is taking up all medical resources. Argh! I get really intense ringing in my ears all the time unless I take more Lisonopril.
I have 40mg pills and a pill cutter my grandfather left behind .Thanks grampa, still leaving me presents in my own home years after you left :')
I'm not sure if I should increase the lisinopril to 30mg to feel even better, or if I should just cope harder.....? I have straight DMAA but I think it's spiking my BP. Might not take that anymore.
I also take 2mg Prazosin for nightmares from when I had an accident way back when and life went to ****. I think I need more Prazosin though and I'm having a really hard time coping.

I understand that you don't want to talk to your Dr, brother ..... But I really think that you should.

First thing to do is drop msten you’ve been 8 weeks on one of the most toxic oral to ever exist that’s more than enough.

This is a question for your dr. If you wanna try adding 5mg daily cailis that would probably drop it a couple points but I don't wanna tell you to mix that with a medication that I don't fully understand so take that with a grain of salt.

Eating clean and doing cardio daily will help lower your bp.

Natural"ish" supplements that can help.
Ubiquinol, beetroot powder, baby aspirin and daily consumption of green tea are all associated with healthy blood pressure levels.

Again I don't know how these will interfere with your medication.

Most things that are associated with cardiovascular health can slightly help with elevated bp

My normal bp year round, on or off cycle is about 135/80 and I've used all of the things I mentioned and I can get it to about 128/80 with natural supplements but that's about it. So while any drop is good, these things won't put you back in normal ranges

Talk to your doctor about using an ARB like Telmisartan or Valsartan if you are going to continue using anabolics like TRT indefinitely and always have levels approaching 140/90. They have other significant kidney and blood value health benefits beyond blood pressure control even for the AAS user.

Grape Seed Extract 300mg & Pine Bark Extract 150mg twice a day will help a little.

Either a baby aspirin or a cap of Nattokinase is a good idea.

Carditone by Ayush Herbs at 1-2 tabs per day while on cycle is helpful.

I’m not sure if they help my bp any or not, but I take Swanson garlic oil concentrate at 3 capsules twice a day year round as a staple. Can’t hurt! Garlic is good for the cardiovascular system.
I put garlic on almost everything I cook, I wonder how much garlic powder and garlic cloves you need a day to lower bp lol

used to be they said the asian diet was best for health and longivity, now they are saying the mediteranean diet is best....lots of olive oil and garlic.
