Been a year since I ran anything and looking to start a run at the end of next month so I can tighten up a bit before vacation at the end of June. Really just posting this because I'm starting to get excited. Still need to purchase a few things for the run and haven't bought PCT yet either. May start a log as time gets closer to hold myself accountable. Until then, feel free to chime in!

Preworkout will be Juice Daddy (Vicious Labs)

Oh yea that will treat you nice. I've run a Dienogen/EpiAndro (Alpha gainz Stano TD) stack. Don't be afraid to back down calories a pretty fair amount. Your body will hold onto muscle fiercely. I was a bit shocked at how slowly I seemed to be losing overall lbs based on my calories, but my belly fat seemed to be melting away so I didn't care much about the scale weight. I only dropped about 6 lbs but my belly circumference dropped from 38 inches to 36.5.

Awesome, great to hear! Thanks for the advice.

I’m a week into a dienolone run, and man the lethargy hit me like a freight train and fast. Jumped on some ultra hard and that has definitely helped some. Lethargy has always been an issue with just about any compound I run, and I’ve found that epi/andro has helped me more than anything. Still lethargic, but I can at least function. I’m also trying to shake a nasty cough that’s lingering from a cold/allergies, which has been wearing me down. Always something going on when try to cycle it seems. Anyway I woke up this morning and noticed visible results from the dien. Looking a little thicker through shoulders and chest, so hopefully on my way to some nice results. Good luck with your cycle!

Appreciate that, lethargy gets me too. Hoping the ultra hard works. What's your dosage like on the ultra hard? Hoping just a couple of pumps a day for the duration will do the trick.

What’s your dosage of dienogen?

Looks good but IMO you can save the tudca for something with more hepatoxicity.

Appreciate that, think bumping down to 250mg/day would be better or would I be good to save it all?
I would save it all personally. If I could go back in time I would have paid close to zero attention to my liver, more of less, and would have taken BP control with an ARB far more seriously. Most of the cardiac side effects(long-term negatives that will not show with basic lab work) can be reduced by control the angiotensin release and receptor system.

I first learned about ARBs on PM and more recently have been following and reading/watching much of Victor Blacks content. Here is a recent video he did on lipids and drug use:

i know it's not the same but every time i've ran trest i've ran ultra hard or a epi product with it for the boost in dht. if/when i run a dienolone cycle will definately be including ultra hard.

I can get by with 3 pumps. I’m sure 4 would be ideal for me, but I try to get by with the least amount I can. I’m also an old fart, so age is a factor with me. Everyone is different so you may be okay with 2.

I love epi, and androsterone even more. Epi helps more with lethargy but androsterone has it beat in libido and well-being for me. The combo of the two works very well and seems to cover all the bases. My biggest concern with these is my prostate. I just recently lost my sister to colorectal cancer. She was only 52, so knowing cancer is in the family and seeing how devastating it is concerns me a bit, especially since I just turned 50. Also on trt so I gotta stay on top of checkups. My current urologist hasn’t done a prostate exam in a while so I’m going to insist on one during my next visit.

look into helios...i'm 62 and have lost 2 uncles to prostate cancer. helios helps me get a stream going easier and the flow is better, no feeling like i have to pee all the time only to stand there trying to get it started and then only dribble...helios is the real deal!!!

Yep I ran two bottles of Helios a few months back. At the time I was having some prostate inflammation and discomfort. After about two weeks there was a noticeable improvement. Just hate the way it smells. Really hate it! Do you know if it has any protective activity against cancer? I’ll have to read up on that. Cancer is a fuckin monster. My sister was diagnosed last summer with a stage 3 inoperable rectal tumor, and quickly became stage 4. Due to other complications she wasn’t a candidate for chemo and basically went straight into hospice home care. I watched a healthy, vibrant yoga instructor with virtually no risk factors deteriorate over 8 months into a very sick and feeble person. It was brutal and heartbreaking. Wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

maybe @nostrum420 can answer your question.

Thanks bigt. And my condolences to you as well, having to see it happen once is bad enough, but twice must’ve been devastating. I’m glad your mom was able to beat it. With all the research and advanced medical technology, it’s hard to believe there aren’t better treatments available.

Thanks nos, I’ll definitely take a look, might have to make this a staple of mine after all.

Appreciate that, think bumping down to 250mg/day would be better or would I be good to save it all?
Personally, I would save it. I only add TUDCA when using methylated compounds. Tren didn't affect my liver values, and we are talking about diet Tren. If I were gonna add something, it would just be NAC.

Appreciate it! Based on all the feedback, saving the couple of bottles of TUDCA for a different cycle.

So taking the advice and saving the TUDCA. I do have a bottle of NAC, not sure if that would be a good addition or to save that as well?

Going to be getting into things on Monday. Will add some Juice Daddy to the mix once it's released. Also, might pick up another Ultra Hard mid cycle.

Cheers!

Although not a daily staple of mine, I’m pretty sure several folks have mentioned taking NAC every day regardless of AAS use. It’s a good antioxidant, and something I use on every blast, but I don’t personally take it on regular TRT. I’d say take it.

Do you think p5p is enough for prolactine control, I am about to run a dienolone cycle as well and heard gyno from prolactine and progestine issues are a big concern on that compound

Great question, I've been lucky in the past but really don't know for sure. Hoping others chime in if they have any opinions on the subject.

P5P (inhibit-p) was enough for me at 100mg a day of dienogen, but I have a pile of caber on standby. I would definitely suggest having either caber or prami on hand just in case, but start with p5p and see if that’s enough. Just my two cents.

Only if you are joining a pro sports organization or training for the Olympics. :)
Pre-employment focuses on drugs of abuse.
