Good Pull day this morning.

The pumps for curls were painful, especially doing them under time under tension conditions.

Hunger still up.
Recovery is up. Very little DOMS.

I will be introducing Iron Mag Labs R-Androsterone into the cycle, as was selected to log. Made sure it was okay with Venom before applying to log. Androsterone converts to DHT in the body, which I sorely lack right now. LGD and MK (increased GH) are "wet" compounds, with very little androgenic activity. Very happy to be able to add a DHT compound to the log as my wife has commented on my lack of libido.

Awesome man! I was running epi andro a while back (yes, it’s different than androsterone) and the DHT really helped my Trest Ace run. Made me feel denser, and made my libido surge too.,

I found some L Carnitine L tartrate, 500g for 20 bucks, so I impulsively purchased it. Helps fat loss, and I am primarily interested in it's capacity to increase androgen receptor density. Since it has poor bioavailability, I will dose that at 4.5g a day, run it through the rest of cycle, and through PCT.

Pull day this morning.

The last few days I have been reducing my stimulants. Using coffee as pre workout, or not fully dosing Juice Daddy. Heavy stim use really takes its toll on me.

Morning pull day.

DB bicep curls supersetted with lat pulldown.

EZ curl bar curls supersetted with lat pulldown.

Hammer strength row machine, no straps.

As seated cable rows.

Vascularity was phenomenal.
I felt very solid, and as though my muscle was going to come out of my body. Mind muscle connection was fantastic. Looked like I was on gear. Wait a minute, I am. The focus was on volume, contractions, and TUT. Began to feel my muscles cramp by the end of the workout. Hunger began to set in very nicely in the middle of the workout. Must of destroyed enough glycogen to lower leptin. Very happy with the lift, the feel, the look, and I only plan on progressing onwards, and upwards.

Good leg workout this morning!

It looks like I'm making progress again lean mass wise on my body. Feeling tight, looking solid.

Legs and glutes were busting out of my sweats. Funny story to keep things entertaining. One of my best friends, a black man, about 10 years older than me, he said I had a black butt. On anabolics, my glutes are more pronounced, blows up quite easily.

Leg workout consisted of:

V Squat machine. This was my focus. Moving up in weight, going deep, a lot of volume.

Leg curl machine.
Leg extension machine.

Done.

Could of done more sets, but needed to get to work. Funny, I have been consuming more calories, and it's like pulling teeth to get my weight to keep going upwards. It wants to lower. I am looking dryer, so perhaps losing water and fat. I got off Kratom 4 days ago, and will probably be off for a long time, so also having to force feed myself; loss of appetite is part of Kratom withdrawal. Better fat loss, and lean mass gain occurs as well off of Kratom, I find.

Yesterday was push day. Was fantastic.

BB Military Press
BB upright rows
Face Pulls
DB seated skull crushers
Incline DB press

All movements very controlled to focus on contraction, time under tension, safety. No ego lift. Pumped and looking solid.

I believe I will begin to dose MK before bed again, as opposed to in the AM. I feel the GH pulses through the night were more impactful due to lack of food while I sleep.

Who knows, maybe I'll dose 15mg when awake, and 15mg before bed.

Today is pull day, and not done yet. Dinner last night was nuggies. R Andro came in, and I'll be discussing that. Random glute pic from this morning.

Some throwbacks. When I weighed about 115. Wish I had more pics of my body before I just started lifting, but was always picked on, and embarrassed about my stature. I mean, other guys in highschool hit puberty, and looked like men by senior year. I went through puberty, and looked like I was in the 9th grade LOL, while I was in the 12th.

So my pull day. Heavy heavy volume today.

Lat pulldown 8 to 10 sets
Wide grip pull-ups 8 to 10 sets
Cable rows 6 sets
Rope pushdowns 6 sets
BB bicep curls, and hammer curls 12 sets

I was feeling so good, for so long during the workout, and then felt an immediate noticeable energy drop off, as though I depleted my glycogen reserves. With my metabolism, it's possible. I miss a meal, and I drop fat, that fast, and it reflects on the scale, and my body. It's a real tug of war to force my weight upwards, whether it is fat, water, or muscle.

For those who don't take magnesium. I find it is a must. I been over a week without magnesium, and magnesium depletion induced fatigue is a real thing. I was feeling so down yesterday, not emotionally, and I asked my sister in law if I could have some of her magnesium glycinate. An hour after dosing, and I immediately felt a lot better, and had better muscular energy. If you aren't taking magnesium, take it.

I agree. I haven’t missed a night of magnesium in a couple years. It’s a must staple for me.

I didn't realize how much it was helping until I lapsed. I know most people in general don't take magnesium, and they also don't eat magnesium rich food. I imagine it would help most people with insulin resistance, cramps, their fatigue, and sleep if they would supplement with it.

Shoulder feels the same, so I assume there’s no extra damage. Hoping to know more this week.

Magnesium has been in my arsenal for a while now. I can confidently say it’s one of those supplements you actually feel. Not like a freight train, but it’s noticeable.

To me, I think I like MK before bed as opposed to the morning. I feel as though the GH pulses are stronger, and more frequent in the night; mainly because one typically does not eat while sleeping (unless Ambien?).

Fat.
I'm officially fat. Putting on fat easier than usual, and it's a little surprising, but I am over 30 now, and I don't do cardio (poor heart).

But seriously, I am gaining fat faster than lean mass. I feel as though I've reached the point of diminishing returns with LGD. Fortunately, I have the Super R-Andro from IML, so that is a new compound, and an androgen at that to switch things up. Hoping to see lean mass move upwards again before PCT.

PCT will eventually be Enclomiphene citrate, Androgin, creatine monohydrate. That's not for 4 to 6 weeks out though.

Push day today. Chest full. Chest has nice striations even though I'm fat now. I'm worn out. I know I don't like taking rest days, but I think I'm going to take tomorrow off because I'm beat.

Hahahaha. I'm more jesting than anything. I'm just not used to being around 16 percent BF (according to scan). More shocked that fat mass can rise so quickly compared to lean mass, even on an Anabolic. Well, it is LGD, and not anadrol.

At this point in time, I am not really getting the hunger pains from MK677, and that happens after prolonged use.

I still am having enhanced recovery, enhanced pumps. My wellbeing overall is good.

I am at the point of the LGD cycle where lean mass gain is now extremely slow. At a plateau. Calories not an issue because I have been gaining more fat than I normally do. That being said, even though weight is holding the same, between 182 and 183 fasted, post restroom in morning, I believe some recomp is now happening, chest is looking thicker, triceps little thicker, shoulder little thicker, legs little thicker. Hoping new lean mass just matures a little bit before I am all out of LGD.

Happens before dinner. It's wearing me thin because it's one of the worse feelings ever. Tempted to drop most of what I'm taking to get relief. Hate the idea of taking antacids due to it making digestion poor, and food is the most anabolic substance. Anyone onlooking get horrible gut issues on LGD, MK, Carnitine, Cardarine?

Happens before dinner. It's wearing me thin because it's one of the worse feelings ever. Tempted to drop most of what I'm taking to get relief. Hate the idea of taking antacids due to it making digestion poor, and food is the most anabolic substance. Anyone onlooking get horrible gut issues on LGD, MK, Carnitine, Cardarine?
There really shouldn't be enough liver toxicity there to trigger heart burn through that mechanism. Are you taking any NAC, TUDCA or injectable glutathione?

Not thinking it's dangerous. I did have some homemade salsa the last couple days. And my meals have been soy bean oil laden. Might have something to do with it.

Never had any gut issues on solo MK. I have chronic heartburn and take Prilosec daily so I may not be the best example. Never had any nausea. Tums or the like shouldn’t mess too much with digestion since it’s just a direct interaction with the acid. The other drugs can mess with overall production thus lowering ability to absorb nutrients.

Does anyone know why one needs more minerals on SARMs/AAS? I seem to cramp so much easier while on something, as opposed to on nothing.

Slowly recomping.

181.8lbs fasted and post restroom.

About 14 doses left of LGD, and probably a similar amount for Super R-Andro. I took a MK677 intermission that I will begin again on PCT to retain and help muscle maturation post cycle so that I do not lose what I have gained.

Will keep this going until I am fully completed with MK677.

Funny story from church yesterday:

You don't really hear something like this at church, but this guy told my wife I had a big butt, at church. Context was she was talking to his wife, and then he interjected. I told my wife I'm glad someone appreciates it lol

This sounds like potassium, but I guess it could be other things. There's better sources than bananas but whatever works for you.

Reason for avoiding salt? I been doing Redmond pink salt from Utah (skeptical of salt from india)
No, I use salt. "No Salt" is a potassium powder that people use as a salt replacement, but I use it to get extra potassium. Over 600mg potassium got 1/4 tsp
