I got the famous Covid in July and was wondering if you guys think taking Xgels would be okay ? I understand that Xgels don’t cause systemic inflammation but just wanna be cautious. I took Xgels for the first time in June, but unfortunately like I said above I had to discontinue since I had the virus and didn’t won’t to do any long term damage. I know from the some of the studies of Covid that it can cause inflammation to the lungs and heart. I don’t feel any lasting effects from getting the virus though.

I think that if you've fully recovered and your breathing is as good as it was before, then there shouldn't be any issues.
I've had Covid too and will be jumping on X-Gels and their upcoming PA supplement as soon as our gyms re-open.

First and foremost, I'm glad that you are feeling better and feel fully recovered. I've known some people that had issues with their breathing for a long time after having Covid and known others it didn't effect anywhere nearly as severely.

Since there is really no way that I know of without extensive testing to know the extent of possible long term damage from Covid, this question comes close to being like a medical advice type question that I can't answer because I work for the company (and no company is technically allowed to give anything that could constitute as medical advice). But on behalf of myself personally, I think Slims did a good job answering :)

Great reply in my opinion. Thank you for answering. And that should be an awesome stack.
