Any good RTDs?

Does anyone out there make a good RTD without maltodextrin and cheap protein? I'm looking for something that's filling, but healthy for you.

Protein of choice, shaker cup, water or whatever liquid you want. You aren't going to find a lot that doesn't read like a chemistry book in the pre processed world just like anything else food-wise.

I don’t think there is malto in the premiere RTDs and they all taste pretty good. I like the quest ones as well.

I like the Lean Body RTD's myself. No RTD is going to have a perfect profile because they have to take cost, solubility, and other issues into consideration but these are my favorites out of the ones I've tried.

I buy stockpiles off a near expiration liquidation site

Read the ingredient labels, buy the cheapest

I'm looking for something that's more like a meal.

Same reply as above, make your own. If you are wanting more of a meal replacement shake that is the best way to go. Protein, peanut butter, greek yogurt, spinach, apple, banana, oats etc. blend and you're good.

Yeah, I know. I'm just looking for a convenient drink to drink quickly when I wake up, because I'm starving.

Make it the night before. Or take all of 2-3 minutes in the morning. Honestly is it that big a deal?

I like this and have done it in high school when I was running out the door in the AM. By mixing them the night before they even take on a taste closer to the premade ones, assuming a flavor like choc or van.
