Ok guys I wanna pick up a piece for my basement. I’d love a leg press but that isn’t making into the house or down the basement. Something for lower body or back is where my heads at. Gimme some suggestions!!!

Even something like that wouldn't work?

Belt squat & GHR are highest on my list of wants.

If i had to choose one i think id choose a GHR...i think its just more of a versatile piece of equipment. Id also probably use it more than I would the belt squat. If you’re really looking to splurge you could try one of the GHR & Reverse Hyper combos. Rogue’s are ridiculously expensive but there are some alternatives out there that are more reasonable.

@Hyde has Titans econo model, which is probably what I’ll get if I go that route. Rogue is great but they’re equipment is so damn expensive

He has the econo hyper not the GHR I believe.

Correct. The econo hyper only. The combo I watched some review videos and when you use the hyper it bangs into the GHR, and the GHR part is very uncomfortable and doesn’t accommodate shorter lifters (like my wife at 5’4”, & she loves GHR too).

If I had any more room I would buy a GHR. This is what you want for a strength athlete.

If more bodybuilding, Legpress is king. But you need to have all of the plates to make it work. You can get by with adding bands, but you’re still probably going to need at least 6 pairs of 45s or some mixed with some hundos to get it loaded sufficiently (depending on design & your intended rep ranges vs current strength).

This is tough. I feel like the econo hyper might have more uses. Leg press is probably out as you stated the amount of plates (currently have 550lb)plus cost is a little too much. I have a few months to decide not to mention Titan is sold out. However, there’s a Titan GHR on Craigslist for $400 haha
