Lol, you weren't here then maybe, but a member here was all into eating white button mushrooms and onions to lower estrogen and boost test. I forget his name.

While I don’t doubt the potential health benefits of mushroom supplements (I’m personally a huge fan of Sacred 7), this abstract doesn’t necessarily convince me of AI properties - especially because they’re indicating that the AI properties in this mushroom are due to the CLA content. You don’t see CLA being touted for its effectiveness as an AI typically.

I’m going to choose to ignore the in vitro portion of the study. I am drawing from memory, but I feel there are examples of ingredients being potent AI’s in vitro, and it may not be the case in vivo.

Furthermore, the in vivo portion of this abstract was completed in mice. I’m not intending to rag on mice studies, but what works in mice from a hormonal perspective may not work in humans.

That is very true and CLA seems to act way more potent in animals than humans. Still thought it was interesting and would post if anyone had any experience with it.

I take this daily. Need to get more
I tend to avoid Lion's mane now after reading that it can lower libido as it acts as a dht blocker. You can read many reports online and it seems to actually lower it. reishi seems awesome
