As long as you run a deficit and training regimen you should be gold.

I thought BMP was more of a builder supplement than a cutting one? Have you ran BMP before?
 
Do you have experience with any other natty anabolics that you could compare it to/against?

What I'm trying to find out is, which is better for improving lean muscle gain, BMP or Anabolic Effect? Both are very expensive and I could only afford to buy a 12 week run of one of them... Assuming that nutrition, training and recovery were all on point, which would you recommend for the lean mass goal?

Two great products and i'm sure everybody has their opinions and own experiences with each. For me i'd go with Anabolic Effect. I saw some nice results and progress when I was running it.

Lean Muscle Gain = Anabolic Effect.
"Already having a solid base" and wanting to recomp = BMP
