i always run it at 4 pumps....i like to put a extra pump on junk an hour before 'activity' :p

Bro nothing almost surprises me anymore on this journey. I figured it might be the case, but it seems many who think its ed or even guys just tired as hell all hte time have low T and are like totally unaware.

I do the shaft.. get a good swell from it. (Alpha four is decent )

Ultra hard 😁 and ursa major takes things a different level though. Again it's an on going experiment.
 
Back in 2012, I ran two bottles of dermaceine and trandermal formestane. What a stack!

But I’d rub three pumps of dermacrine on my shoulders in the morning, and then a fourth pump on my cod sack at night before I’d take my girlfriend (now wife) out on the town. Let’s just say that extra pump at night really made me a pile driver in the sack.

And now that I think of it, I’m wondering why I’m not running dermacrine right now?!?!?

Any typical transdermal location works. Top of the feet, back of knees and traps are good spots so you don’t have to worry about transferring any of your gear onto her! I feel the effects in 30 minutes or less.

I've taken these with Cialis and they made cialis 10 times better

Korean ginseng ( make sure you get the C.A Myers version) ( had viagra like erections and the hardest boners you can imagine)
Gingko Biloba
Ashwagandha Sensoril ( made me respond to sexual stimulus very easy got boners in seconds)
Longvida Curcumin ( this worked the fastest with cialis - within 2 days was waking up with morning wood which i don't get with the others)


Also everyone saying great stuff with Sustain alpha, however Sustain Alpha kills my dick - it drops my estrogen way too low to the point even taking cialis doesn't work, once im off it and my hormones rebound then i'm fine

Do not take arginine, citrulline,pinebark and anything with nitrates with cialis!, i tried these in combination with cialis and not only did they give me the worst headache, dehydration and blood pressure dropped very low! the herbal ones i have mentioned above korean ginseng etc work with cialis with no side effects ( well for me anyway)

Eu os tomava juntos 1 hora antes do treino. A cena de causar baixa tensão é com nitratos e em certa quantidade. Mas conheço usuários de AM que tomam tadalafil com nitratos e se sentem bem. Não tomo o mesmo pré-treino que você, mas tomo meu pré-treino junto com 15mg de tadalafil e me sinto ótimo.

I stopped taking caffeine in supplements so it started to give me a headache when in excess, in the end up to 100mg it gave me a headache. Try one day to train without taking stimulants.
