Space out AI and SERM Dose?

Currently running Aromasin and Raloxifene on a Trest Ace run.

Question: is there any harm in dosing my research chem dose at LITERALLY the exact same moment? Or should the Aromasin and Raloxifene doses be spaced apart? I assume this question would be relevant for other folks who are dosing Arimidex/Letro and Nolvadex?

The half life of SERMS is extremely long. Ralox is 32 hours. Its not going to matter if you take it with Aromasin or space it out. The serum levels in your body are going to be pretty consistent either way.

Thank you both @Renew1 and @user567! I was spacing my daily doses out between morning and night and noticed that it was harder to track as things came up, like life lol

Is ralox recommended for any trest run or are you dealing with previous issues?

Read for @mathersby and others that Raloxifene is best for Trest. But that’s not to say Nolva won’t work as it certainly will.

Minor gyno issues from previous experiments. But mostly just fat accumulation and what not.

I remember reading that Letro hinders the effectiveness of Nolva to some degree. Can't remember the mechanism tho. But as stated above the half life of serms are so long that you can't dodge the issue with different timing of administration. Also don't know if Aromasin has any effect on Ralox (or other serm's) effectiveness.

Yeah as Raloxifene has the highest binding affinity to breast tissue out of all serms, it is best for gyno protection no matter what anabolic substance is being used.
