Hey.. I was wondering to add greens supplement to my stack, what do you think is it that matters?

Wondering what are you health stacks year around.

Here is mine:

1. Now - Adam multivitamin
2. curcumin
3. sustained release vitamin c
4. vitamin d3
5. coq10

What do you guys take or offer?

Mine is:

Red yeast rice
Vit k complex
Garlic extract
Calcium as needed
Magnesium
Grapeseed extract
Curcumin
Fish oil
NAC
Astragalus

Do you consumer enough greens in your diet? A lot of them are gimmicky and underdosed but there have been some good ones too. I think Ghost has a decent formula. @TheSolution might have used them. I have only tried alpha lions greens and they were decent.

For the love of god can we fix this site. This guy flooded the front page with the same question. It's been this way for way too long

I have zilch proof for this, but I have to imagine all of these highly processed Greens products are not as great as were made to believe. I mean, a handful of spinach has tons of not just vitamins and minerals, but a wide array of phytonutrients, flavonoids, carotenoids, etc. I can’t imagine all of those important compounds survive the process of being turned into a greens powder. Again, I’m not saying this with definitive proof. Just what makes sense to me.

Now for my health stack:

Curcumin (Mervia or Theracurmin)
Kyolic Garlic
Olive Leaf Extract (standardized for Oleupropein)
Fish Oil
Mushroom Extract (whole fruiting body, such as Sacred 7)

I take
Citrus bergamot
NAC
Carditone
Vitamin C
Zinc
Plexus multi
Plexus omega fish oil

I saw two of y'all posted garlic. What are some of the benefits of this?

Overall immune health, blood pressure support, cholesterol management.

With overall immune health, I believe there is also some evidence demonstrating lessened severity of flu and cold symptoms. I also believe there is a study showing improved gut microbial profile.

For Kyolic sourced aged garlic, I think they tout like 800+ peer-reviewed scientific articles that show product efficacy. If you search Kyolic in PubMed I’m sure you’ll find a lot.

What's a good amount to take daily?
