Hi Everyone,
I cleaned up my posts. Sorry, the internet did duplicate posting.
My current situation is that I am locked down in my country. I could sneak a kettlebell into my office, which is big enough to exercise in.
That is the only gym equipment I have.
1. What do I need to know about kettlebells?
I looked up on Google, Wikipedia, and Bodybuilding.com. It looks like they are a viable alternative to a regular gym.
2. Right now, my go-to source is:
Kettlebellworkouts[dot]com
3. It looks like simple routines work:
A1 30x Two-Handed Kettlebell Swing (Perfect Form)
A2 20 Pushups
Minimal Rest with Optional Stretch
Repeat 10x is a great starting place.
4. The site I mentioned has other programming: Turkish Getups, KB Squats, etc.
5. Any other "Homerun sites" or knowledge about kettlebells?
Thanks
