PSA results on TRT

Has anyone experienced a sudden uptick in their PSA antigen tests while on TRT? Mine had been just below 1 for several years up until my last blood tests, which came in at 1.4. Now this was not long after my doc raised me to 150mg test cyp weekly. In addition to that, I recently had a CT scan run on my abdomen and pelvis (different reason), and the only thing they said showed was a mild thickening of the prostate wall. My doc didn't do a digital exam this morning when I was there, and didn't seem too concerned. We did labs again and he said he'll see where my PSA is and figure it out from there.

I feel like it might be the increase in test dosage causing some enlargement (plus I'm also 50 yo), but just curious what others have experienced with their PSA levels.

Oh, and I've been taking EpiAndro, Androsterone off and on for several months, but don't remember if I was on it when I had my last bloodwork done.

Apparently dudes are using Helios for prostate inflammation with good results. Any symptoms?

Yeah I saw the thread about Helios. Guess I’ll see what this latest bloodwork looks like and what my doc decides. If it’s gone up more, I feel like he’s going to drop my trt dose. Symptoms are very subtle and infrequent. Mostly a brief feeling of mild discomfort in that area, with a very occasional feeling of pressure. Very mild and it isn’t affecting my stream.

Was about to start up either some icon one or td dienolone, but will maybe hold off for now until I see where this goes. Any idea if either of these two compounds are prostate unfriendly?
