1-Andro advice, new to extra supplementation

Can someone offer some insight into dosing for a cycle of 1-andro as well as what I should be taking while on it and for PCT?

Minimum 330mg/ day for 8 weeks. Nolva/Clomid for at least 4 weeks following. Best to have a test base such as 4 Andro as well on cycle.

Thank you. As far as the 4A, how much should one take per day? Just the recommended dosage on the bottle?

Same dose. 330mg of the 1&4 are perfect (both super mandro and andro the giant will give you these full doses).

Nolva and clomid or either-or? What dosage nolva?

Also, when do you PCT? Heard 1-dhea can be in the body for 9 days

icon one and alpha four would make a ideal stack, imo....2 bottles of each for a 8 week cycle.
