not surprised, virtus is good stuff...and totally legal which is a nice bonus, imo.

try again in around a week. unfortunately sale will be over but even at regular pricing virtus is a lot of bang for the buck.

i just tried and it worked fine buying one and getting one free..
 
Just received a mail that my
Order is shipped, but still with just one free product instead of two.
How can we resolve this..?

we can't modify orders after they're placed - we can only note them and manually fix them when packing - then we have to manually correct the inventory quantities...usually causes issues down the line.

Your additional bottle was added in the packing process. The other option was for me to cancel your order and then have you place another one...
