First time trying suggestions

Then ...
Study/Read.

Repeat.

Then when you know enough to be able to put together a few questions that you were unable to find the answers to (after much Reading/Studying) ....
Then come back and put them on here.

Totally serious.

Reading/Studying, is the most important first step.

I currently just started my first cycle 8 days ago, I spent over a year researching a certain aas I was interested in, safety was my key interest, that being said all aas can be unsafe but some side effects are less critical then others, find a aas your interested in and research the good, the bad, the processes recommended, learn your esters, over learn the importance of pct( post cycle therapy), read reviews , and make a educated decision, I found from education and others user experience test C was a nice general compound to research, at the same time I was told over and over and read it, have a great foundation and strict diet in place before time, hope that helps a bit, if ya want any of my newbie experience feel free to message me
