Soooo finally decided to run a short Epistane cycle with a bottle Ive bn saving by UG Labs called EShred dosed 45/45/45/45 ..On cycle support and tudca has me covered for now and I have a pct consisting of M test from Cel labs along with continuing tudca. My question is..do I need nolva or clomid along with my pct or should I be good with what I have and being that this is a very short run? Been a few years since my last ph run and I need your guys honest opinions..

You definitely should run Nolva or Clomid (I recommend Nolva).

The Nolva (SERM) is your Real PCT compound.
The other stuff is just add-ons.

I’m a big toremifene fan, or at least I was before I decided to cruise. I’d say run some totem or Nolva for 4-6 weeks post cycle, run a little cortisol control during pct to retain gains and you’ll be golden.

Agreed as well. A 4 week pct with Nolva and some natty product would be minimum in my opinion.

100% need a serm for this. Epistane is an active steroid (not jsut a PH) so it will def cause suppression. Add in the CEL goodies you already have and maybe some SNS Reduce xt for cortisol and you will be good to go.

Thank you guys kinda hitting myself over the head for even asking this question..bn a while bn a while lol.

How does inhibit e compare to the reduce xt? Ive used the inhibit e by sns in the past but that was bk in 2013..

Any good sources for nolva?

P.S. 5 days into the cycle..loving it

I'm not knocking you brother, but you need to know this....

If you put Inhibit e, and then Reduce XT into Google, you'll immediately see that they are made for different purposes.

One for Cortisol control, the other for Estrogen control (whether or not they both do what they're supposed to).

Asking questions is great (please continue), but you need to learn how to study.
Otherwise, you'll end up in a mess.
👍

inhibit e and reduce xt are completely different product with different uses... e is designed to help reduce and control estrogen levels while reduce is meant to lower and control cortisol. Epi is dry so I would NOT run either on cycle but would run both in pct to help prevent rebound e issues as well as keep cortisol in check while hormones come back to normal

Thank you to everyone for the feedback..I will throw in nolva for pct along with cel m test. As far as the estrogen and cortisol control Ill keep them handy if I have any mood swings or sides. Trying to keep it as natural as possible and besides we live in the day and age of amazon prime 1 day shipping so no stress if anything does pop up.

I always try to educate myself completely before I put any man made compound in my body given that supplement regulation is a giant gray area but its always good to get info from other users on forums dedicated to stuff like this besides relying entirely on Google.

Week 2 on epistane and the energy and strength is unreal. No pains or fatigue of any kind with lifting heavy in the morning and sparring/grappling in the evenings paired with an active 10-12 hour workday. There is lethargy but thats natural and expected.. wish I could cruise on this forever ;-]

My run back in 2013 consisted of
inhibit e post cycle. Not a big fan since it caused my joints to ache like hell plus the epi already dries you out. Im on the leaner side so I think this would be better suited to those with higher body fat. Any experience with the reduce xt ?

It really shouldn’t make much difference lean vs not it pct. everyone’s hormones are so out of balance that it could swing any which way. If the full dose is too much, just lower it (one of the nicest parts about a multi cap daily max dosage). The thing it will help with most for an epi cycle is preventing rebound e issues. Epistane is notorious for this as it actually works as a mild ai and when you come off your body sometimes super compensates and then all the sudden you end up with e issues in pct. inhibit e would prevent that

For me, reduce is a must have in pct. I notice a significant difference when I run out as between normal life/work stress, diet, and hormonal fluctuations from pct cortisol is almost guaranteed to be elevated and having a negative impact on mood, recovery, sleep, etc etc. I also found it works extremely well at the end of a long cut when stuns are high and stress/fatigue is also high. Makes that last few lbs and whatever water weight fall off easier for sure while improving mood

I've ran the inverse method a few times and everything turned out well for myself usually ran something like this but dosing can change for you vs me of course, some taper off, etc. Just another option for you.

Nolva
20/20/20/20/0/0
Inhibit e
0/0/2/2/2/2caps

This is how I would say to run it as well to prevent the e rebound I spoke about above.

That is some solid information on both. Ive read several times that epistane is notorious as an estrogen blocker but I really didnt think about the rebound effect after the cycle which naturally makes complete sense/ I will give the inhibit e a run after the cycle using the inverse method...I can live with achy joints for a few weeks vs messing with estro sides

As far as the reduce, I have a cortisol inhibitor in m test as ashwagandha so I should be golden with nolva, m test, and inhibit e for pct

Thank you guys !
