the higher the dose the stronger the effects.. I haven't found the ceiling with the dosing... 4 ml is pretty strong for fatloss uses

That being said, I would recommend stocking up over the next few weeks. Especially when deep discounts are available. Even if we do get China to make more, there's likely to be OOS issues going forward.
