...If you're over 40 like me and diagnosed with adrenal fatigue. My cortisol is all over the place: low in morning, high in the evening. I was laid off 4 months ago and still unemployed, so pretty stressed. I've been reading up on this supplement, but the dosages are all over the place.

Your experiences?

What kind of high pain in the evening? So bad that you can hardly walk or move?

I didn't see anything about pain, he mentioned his cortisol is high in the evenings.

I would really recommend trying Neuro P5 - it's a topical pregnenolone you apply in the mornings - I'd start at .5ml and go up as needed. Right now with our current Halloween promotion you can get a bottle for $14 plus shipping. the feedback on this has been amazing and at one point this product (it was actually Alpha P5 - same product under a Alpha Gainz - just different scent) was the #1 PH at supplement reviews because it worked so incredibly well for people.

I just ordered some p5,along with another bottle of icon one and alpha seven. Haven’t tried icon one yet, but love alpha seven. Any reason this couldn’t be run for 12 weeks or longer given its benefits on lipids and general lack of bad effects? It complements trt so well.

the only drawback would be diminishing effect, imo...if you are still seeing results go for it...i mixed and matched the black series andro's for 4 months, but as a rep i can't recommend this to others.

Seems like preg can be finicky to rely for cortisol control as it can also increase it

@thebigt @Renew1 Don't you guys believe neuro b aet, invictus or apex b aet would be more appropiate for the op?

He said he also gets low Cortisol.
.... I'm not sure that B-AET is what he needs in this case.

haven't you tried neuro p5 before?
I logged it bro! Tried it twice . I like it for short periods of time when I’m starting to feel lethargic or fatigued. I prefer b aet for cortisol though

the halloween sale is over but THEBIGT saves 20% at iconic formulations all year long. this brings the price of neuro P5 down to $16.

whats the scoop on the Black Series?

What are the benefits of using Ultra 11

i used it before my 7k race a few months ago to get weight down and not lose muscle in hopes of better time...i ran it for 2 months and lost i think 5lbs, doesn't seem like much but i felt lighter and stronger--at age 63 i ran my 1st competitive 7k in 31 minutes--i was very happy.
ultra 11 is dosed real well, and i think it would compliment a reduced cal cut, or a maintenance cal recomp. i am assuming your diet is pretty clean, a clean diet is going to be driving force behind results.
