After my latest run with 1 & 4 DHEA it is time to do PCT, and hopefully continue making gains 😈

STATS:
5’11, 184.6lbs (AM per last day of Andros)

Physique flick (don’t mind the hair 😂)

THE STACK:
ICONIC Sustain Alpha — 3 pumps / day (will adjust if needed)
BLR Rebirth — 1 cap / day (based off reviews 1 cap should be enough, will also adjust if needed)
Ghost SIZE — 1 serving daily (yielding 200mg epicatechin along with creatine betaine and other goods)
Soy Lecithins — 1 tbsp pre-wo (yielding 1500mg phosphatidic acid) prob will increase to 1 tbsp pre and post
Along with staple vitamins and such. Also waiting on Seismic Surge preworkout to arrive until then have C4 Ultimate

Looking for a good run. Starting lifts on exercises I’m focusing on strength are:
Bench: 290x4 (5RM attemp)
Seal Row: 65x6x3
Strict Curl: 75x5x3

Very bro-ish. I know. Dealing with nursing a disc issue and the joyful fun of COVID has my training options down to a “do what ya can” kind of setup. I don’t squat or regularly deadlift. My leg days had been primarily focus around LOTS of hack squats and barbell back extensions which was really blowing up my legs. Now with home gym and a small church gym (only “public” gym in my area I can really use) I don’t have access to much.
So my goal has been to focus on benching and strict curling in hopes to compete and look at a state record 👀

DAY 8 UPDATE:

Been busy working a lot. Am feeling great on Friday night I hit 290x5 (new PR) with a hump on rep 5. But still a good sign. Just got my seismic surge today which should help a bit also.

Feeling good. Libido is HIGH. Also get a bit of an ‘elevated’ feel from the Sustain Alpha. Noticed my testes have swelled back to normal already. Off my first dose I felt them swell up and could feel the libido kick almost instantly (sorry if TMI lol).

Other than that have been having amazing pumps and looking a bit leaner (prob from dropping water from 4DHEA). Weight is steady in the 182-184 range. Should be back to normal working schedule now so will give daily(ish) updates.

Also hate to say but thinking of holding off on the Anabolic Effect until next month as the stack is pretty large ATM. Any thoughts?

I agree with holding off and running a CEL stack with AE and Mtest. They stack well together.

Last week hit a 5x3 w/ 275 so 3x4 is a bit of a level up. Wanted 5x4 but wasn’t totally feeling in it. First day back on 3rd shift after a night off always seems to bother me some. Workout went well will up some weights and progress a bit next week. Hopefully go for a top set 275x5 and then maybe some back off sets or even the whole 5x5.

Feeling good, def noticing a drop in fullness this week which sucks but is expected. It’s good strength hasn’t noticed a dip just some glycogen leaving the muscles. Might pick up some glycerol to throw in with my pre for some pumps.

I updated OP but just to mention, dropping the Anabolic Effect. As I said I think it was a bit overkill and would rather use it sometime next month where it can shine more and be more impactful. Libido is again throbbing lol

imo, sustain alpha should be included in every pct-great stuff.

So was a bit upset with 290x4 but then hit it on set 2 for a volume PR. Then started to feel great. 310x3 in the slingshot is the heaviest I’ve used in it and with all the work prior I’m happy with a triple. Also took a vid and by looking at the vid reps moved smoooooth. Def have 5 in me.

Great workouts. The boys downstairs feel back to normal at 13 days in so I would call this a success story thus far 😎 with weight remaining the same and strength still increasing a bit it’s been a good 2 weeks. No moodiness or depression or anything that I would assume comes with PCT.

Need to up my calories some. Looking at competing in a bench comp early December @ 198lbs. (State record is 347lbs, I’m not there yet but closing in and would like to feel the waters and pop my cherry). Time to put on some MF weight!

Also feel I look leaner vs the andro run

(Weight is still steady around 184-186)

Hit back and shoulders tonight. My lifts have all been a little altered by current leg tattoo(s) being done. So I can’t do ordinary lat pull downs as I have a fresh tat on my thigh. Can’t really do DB shoulder press bc it’s require DB placed on leg to get it up. Things like that.

Have been having really great trainings anyway focusing more on hypertrophy. Also hit 275 bench for 5x4 on Monday so next week should complete the 5x5 and jump up there.

Starting to look really full. A few guys at work have accused me of juicing or jokingly asked what I’m doing. One of the inmates asked what I was doing and said how I didn’t look anything like this last year when he was locked up. Girlfriend has commented to and I feel like she usually doesn’t notice or care (I’m constantly up and down so I think she gave up on trying to keep up lmao).

I’m very surprised to say this run has been a great carry over from the andro run. I’m not 100% sure if it’s the Sustain Alpha or the Rebirth aiding so much. I’ve seen some reviews claim Rebirth gave them amazing results, almost like a bridge.

Obviously adding back the creatine will add a bit into the fullness department and such as well as betaine and the PA. But I’ve used all them before and never felt that were this noticeable. And only using 200mg epicatechin. Have people reported ergogenic effects from Sustain Alpha other than a drying/leaning effect? I presumed it was mainly used for mood/libido. So are these positive gains most likely to contribute to Rebirth? (Obviously my diet and training as well).

Well got the call

Potentially crossed paths with a COVID-19 positive gym member. “Late last week”. The ‘most deadly disease’ but they can’t even tell me the exact fucking day it may have happened. I lift in a small gym, usually only person in there. Maybe see 1 or 2 others and usually as I’m leaving. The dude from the gym told me not to worry and that I should’ve only had contact ~ 10 min or so (I’m assuming based on our punch in times) and that if I don’t have any symptoms now I shouldn’t have to worry or quarantine.

A bit concerning, granted I think the whole thing is blow out of proportion and mostly for political reasons, this is just some random dude who maybe has a B.A. in recreation management wtf is he giving me medical advice for 😂 kind of makes me want to cancel my membership there.

I feel fine personally though. Skipped leg day and gym all together tho. Got woken up at 2PM (I typically sleep until 5PM, 3rd shift things 🤠), got the call. Couldn’t fall back to sleep. Took a walk and talked to my supervisor then slept 6-930PM. Sucked but needed some z’s anyway. 5RM when I wake up later today in home gym. We’ll see about legs on Saturday maybe in home gym. Not sure yet.

when i saw that trump who is overweight and in his 70's recovered so quickly i thought maybe if i caught it, it won't be so bad [im 62 and in good shape]...and then i saw where chris christie who is obese recovered from having covid 19 i am no longer concerned about getting it.

I work in a prison and last Dec something vicious swiped through. I had some pains in my lungs for about a month. Other staff and inmates said they did as well. I feel like everyone thinks they had it, but I can say with utmost certainty I did. (A lot of inmates from NY and Philly too which got nailed)

Anyway will update in the AM when off work. If I got COVID it must be anabolic because smashed some PR’s and never felt as strong as I did today (like, ever) lol.

(Cals are steady around 3.2k 210P/380/85F range. Post workout weight was 186.8lbs, which is about normal—so no abnormal weight gain or anything that granted this amazing lift)

Bolded = PR’s. Like all-time PR’s. Granted slingshot, and Spoto are new to my training and never really utilized paused benching all too much either (I think I’ve done 275x3 paused). Regardless, it was full of all time #s and that’s really awesome considering the workout began with a 5RM. I’m going to be honest idk if training like this makes all that much sense but it has worked for me for quite some time now 😂.

Monday I am beginning an 8 week bench program one of my powerlifting buddy’s has designed. Might benefit from some actual programming. Going to have to tweak it a bit to fit some of my hypertrophy based stuff into it. Have pushed potential bench meet back until Jan but have set on that. This program will run until Dec 21, granted all goes well. Which will give 3.5 weeks until the meet I’m looking at. Might deload and run a condensed Smolov as my peaking program, will talk to some people with experience to see what the best plan of action is.

But yeah, would probably have to say that was like an all time top 3 of my life. Maybe the best ever? I mean I can’t think of many other lifts that I just walked through PR’s like that. Fucking awesome day.

Also, I think 290x5 with your bw is a solid performance.

Looking forward seeing what the bp program is like that your buddy has designed.

Seal Row: 45x10 (x5)

Reverse Grip BB Pushup: BWx10 (x2)
Pull-up: BWx6 (x3), BWx3 (x3)

So here is day 1 of new bench routine. I added in a little extra work despite being told not too 😂. Tomorrow is 5x8 with close grip bench. 5x4 with Spoto Thursday then 4x6 bench on Friday. Wednesday is supposed to be an off day but going to hit legs. All reps on bench are now paused. Super easy day still had a good pump.

Libido has subsided a bit, I’ve been doing 2 pumps sustain alpha EOD. Going to change to ED I think. 3 pumps mixed with the Rebirth is just a bit too much for me. This will probably be my last week on Rebirth (cut off day 30), then will up Sustain Alpha to 3 pumps / day and add in Anabolic Effect (and at some point Mtest or Morphopump).

Feel like I’m starting to add some fat so will be checking the scale more frequently to make sure I’m not a bit heavier than what I saw today

going from 2 pumps eod to 3 pumps everyday on sustain will be a game changer, imo. the longer i run sustain the better it gets, only a few products have ever had that effect for me.

What is the max length of time you have ran SA? I am on my second month of TRS and don’t feel like coming off!

if i remember correctly 3 months straight was the most...but SA is non-hormonal, i don't see any reason why it couldn't be ran for much longer!!!

Farmer Walk: 15ft, 5 Shrugs 5s hold x 3 = 1 set (x3) w/ 25 Db’s

Another super light programmed lift. I’m assuming weeks 1-2 or so will be more targeted to pruning the CNS for the load/frequency. First four weeks = 4X/week benching, last four weeks = 3X/week benching (at heavier loads).

Weight is probably legitimately up 187-188 range in the mornings. Going away this weekend and will likely under-eat. We will wait and see how weight holds up next week and decided what to do. Goal is 198 by Jan so may be wise to keep pushing the envelope.

FINAL THOUGHTS / REVIEW

Weight Gain
: 190.8lbs (+5-6lbs)
  • I put on 5-6lbs AM weight. Towards the end I have noticed some fat gain, so the nice recomp from my 1/4 andro run has subsided sadly. Diet got a bit more free and even simple things like switching main carb from rice to potatoes could have some effect. But this is expected I would think. Also weight gain has become a bit more aggressive as I’m set on a powerlifting meet @ 198lb division in Jan.
Strength Gain: At nearly 3 weeks in (see day 19) has a PR palooza. Strength has been great throughout and was an awesome continuation of the andro enhanced strength gains 😈
  • ITs fair to note I stopped visiting my regular gym after the COVID sh*t so I don’t have a full view of how a lot of my other lifts have improved or not. Leg days from home especially have been **** (hence me not even bothering to speak of them).
Side Effects: None whatsoever
  • Unless you count almost annoyingly (but not) insane libido 🤠
PCT Effects’: Overall Awesome (9/10)
  • Mood - Mood felt great on this run. I didn’t feel much in mood after Rebirth dosing but it’s very possible it may have contributed to a subtle, overall increase. Sustain Alpha, almost immediately after application enhanced mood with a slight ‘alpha’ boost (not comparable to andros obviously)
  • Libido/Recovery - Like I said libido through the roof. Felt 15 again, just all day long lol. Also the boys have recovered to full(ish) size. Everything in that department is gtg and was awesome.
  • Anxiety - Just thought I’d add this, had no such feeling of angst. I have a bit of natural anxiety and andros enhanced it a bit (nothing srs). All went away on this run and perhaps was even aided by these supps (I’d assume moreso from Sustain Alpha

SUPPLEMENT BREAKDOWN:

REBIRTH -
I felt Rebirth contributed much to the strength gains (slightly), libido boost (a large amount), and perhaps some of the better mood / lessening of anxiety (slightly). Overall I’d rate it 8/10 it’s hard to gain obviously on its own as I stacked with SA and others just I began using SA EOD and at a lower dose so I feel I can confidently contribute these to Rebirth.

SUSTAIN ALPHA - I felt SA contributed a bit to strength gains (not a whole lot), libido boost (largely / about = to Rebirth), and largely to mood / lessening of anxiety (mostly from SA). Overall 9/10 for the low dose and EOD dosing this is more than you could ask for.

All together
10/10 stack for this run would prob use again unless convinced to use SERM next time (and also depending on stack, obviously.) Will review Ghost SIZE also if anyone is interested. Starting Anabolic Effect with continued Sustain Alpha log soon. Will link and add pictures when I get my starting pic for that up. Sleep is still fucked and thus motivation to post on AM is a little as well too lol. Cheers y’all

SUPPLEMENT BREAKDOWN:

REBIRTH -
I felt Rebirth contributed much to the strength gains (slightly), libido boost (a large amount), and perhaps some of the better mood / lessening of anxiety (slightly). Overall I’d rate it 8/10 it’s hard to gain obviously on its own as I stacked with SA and others just I began using SA EOD and at a lower dose so I feel I can confidently contribute these to Rebirth.

SUSTAIN ALPHA - I felt SA contributed a bit to strength gains (not a whole lot), libido boost (largely / about = to Rebirth), and largely to mood / lessening of anxiety (mostly from SA). Overall 9/10 for the low dose and EOD dosing this is more than you could ask for.

All together
10/10 stack for this run would prob use again unless convinced to use SERM next time (and also depending on stack, obviously.) Will review Ghost SIZE also if anyone is interested. Starting Anabolic Effect with continued Sustain Alpha log soon. Will link and add pictures when I get my starting pic for that up. Sleep is still fucked and thus motivation to post on AM is a little as well too lol. Cheers y’all

I have gotten good results with SA at 2-3 pumps a day before but I’m also only about 140 lbs.

Thank you much sir! Really sucks I am really missing the gym and it looks like another lockdown is imminent. I’ll just have to fine tune what is at my disposal
Agreed looks like cases are on the rise! Home gyms are going to be the new "going to the gym" feel ;)

Yes between that and Rebirth libido was just too high idk seemed overkill lol. Using now at rev dose so we will see 👍
