All right guys so I’ve been out of the game for a while, got old in between sessions and have been off TRT for several years now.

Considering starting a new regiment of home TRT also.

I’m curious as to how much mass I can actually put on while being at the age of 50 years old. I’ve done cycles in the past just want to get back in the game But absolutely most definitely want to see some serious results still at my age. All advice and experience is welcome

Regardless of age, if you're taking ped's it still comes down to diet and training.
I'm knocking on 49 right now and am quite sure that if I blast, eat right and kick a$$ in the gym, the gains will come.

if you have been out of the gym for awhile and come back and get into a decent routine with a good diet you will see gains regardless of age with or without any drug use.

I totally agree with the previous comments. Good routine, clean diet and enough nutrition you can make gains at any age. I’ll be 61 next week and haven’t been serious in the gym for years. In eighteen months I’ve gained 12lbs and dropped my BF to just under 11% from 14.5%. Even with COVID.

Funny how things change. The new wife got me back in the gym to train her. She’s lost over 30lbs and gained back 10lbs of muscle in the same time period. She’s only five years younger than I and looks great!!!!

It feels great and puts me only five pounds from my competition weight from 30 years ago. Note, I’m only 5’3” and weighed 183-185 at under 10% BF in the day. I’m currently on pellet trt and andro. No real gear. Just hard work and clean diet. My goal is to reach my old comp weight and BF levels before I hit 70;-)

I’m certain you’ll make plenty of gains. Injuries are just slower to heal. So take it slow. Best wishes.

There are a lot of factors but yes it's possible. They've done studies of weight training only on elderly and they still gained muscle and strength. Emeric Delczeg just logged his blast at almost 70 and he gained about 10lbs of mass.
