Liver & kidney support, Liv 51 alternative

During cycle, I'm being told I should take liv51 minimum for liver support. My question is there something that I can take to cover Liver and kidney in one pill? If not, what alternatives can I take for liv51, is there a specific ingredient or ingredients that I can buy separately to do it myself ?

Liver you want tudca and NAC. Best dose for tudca is 500mg to 1 gram and NAC I do 3 doses of 500mg a pop. Olympus labs and CEL tudca are great options and most generic NAC brands suffice. Kidney will be different ingredients. I have heard Morphogen necrogen (I think that’s what it’s called) is pretty comprehensive.
