"Fluctuating levelz" is overstated IMO. I mean, do we really expect every single pin we do to be metabolized in exactly the same timeframe? Fluctuating hormone levels are normal, even for nattys for goodness sake. What we are really wanting to avoid, again IMO, is not "fluctuating levels" at all, but big massive hormone/compound spikes. Which is why you hear "pin more often" with test. Not to avoid fluctuating levels, but to minimise massive peaks from large bolus doses. Youre going to have fluctuating levels no matter how often you pin.
Me, Id pin something like this 2-3x per week. The long esters will "smooth out" the more rapid peaks of the fast ester. Unless you are hyper sensitive, you will be perfectly fine.
