Trying to figure out best way to run it, as I'm currently doing 18/6 fasting with keto. The F95 could be issue for me fasted.

I'm also running the new evomuse Epitome. So I need to research any redundancy or conflicting ingredients. Any thoughts?

@dsade is probably the best man to discuss the interactions with Epitome, as no one knows his profiles as well as he does.

what is it about the F95 you're worried about when fasting?
