didn’t think my back was too bad. I do rack pull. Legs could use some width , however when I conventional back squat, it seems to target my glutes more than anything1) up the food - more meat. looks like you need to eat food..

3) add deadlifts to back day.

I've always felt that leg press did more for my quad development than squats. Too bad I workout from home now...didn’t think my back was too bad. I do rack pull. Legs could use some width , however when I conventional back squat, it seems to target my glutes more than anything
