I am not expert on T-3, but I don't think it would be a good idea. It might help to keep you slightly leaner, but T-3 is also catabolic ................

I'm on 100mcg T3 and 32mg Ostarine and if I'm not mistaken I've added a small amount of muscle to my chest and arms in the last 20 or so days. Would it only waste food?

I have been doing chest dips, wide grip bench and chest fly 4x a week for 3 weeks and have noticed significant recomposition.
My chest lifted and looks tighter, what little unnoticeable chunk I had on my chest has gone and my triceps have more of a horseshoe than they did a month ago. I have also been squatting, and doing ab machine as well as dumb bell curls but any improvement in my legs/core is noot. Maybe my biceps have grown, but I have only been hitting them 2 or 3x a week with less intensity.I have also lost ~11 pounds this month. @100mcg a day of T3

Sorry, you mean you're on only T3 and Ostarine? No steroids?

T3 is not nearly as catabolic as all the bro's suggest. I'm not saying mega dosing it and not lifting or not eating enough protein won't accelerate muscle loss to some degree - but if you're eating enough protein and keeping the doses reasonable (100 mcg or less) I don't see any reason to believe you will lose muscle. In my opinion this includes people not using steroids.

Having said that - buying this in bulk could be very dangerous. You are talking MICROgram dosing with this compound. How are you going to measure this? If you mess up, the consequences could be severe. I can think of one possible way to do it but I think getting pharma grade stuff is probably worth the money here; especially since it can be found reasonably inexpensively.

When you lean out, your muscles become more pronounced. A lot of people LOOK more muscular when they lean out, even though they have likely lost some degree of muscle mass. Imagine the abdominal muscles on your average strongman. They're surely much bigger than the next guy's. Now say he trains and diets to cut fat, and show his abs. He'll lose a good bit of the muscle mass in the process, but will LOOK more "muscular ".

HIT4ME, I measure with an oral syringe liquid T3. It is a big pain in my ass to carefully measure the liquid down to a little line.
So far so good.

How long have you been training ?
About 4 years of consistent on and off cycle training.

That's very true, something that should be considered. I'm OK with losing a little muscle, I've had an extra 15 to 20 something pounds I havent been able to keep off for a year.
I didnt exactly have the best training and diet in the past but I'm taking a look at my mind body and soul (as well as this forum) to help learn

Just be careful. It doesn't have to be precise once you have it dispursed in the liquid - I mean if you're measuring a half ML and get 0.6ML you're only 20% over, which isn't so bad even if you're aiming for 100 mcg. But if you were measuring powder and got 500 mcg when you were shooting for 100 mcg - the difference in raw powder volume would be hard to detect and this mistake would be easy to make and you could have a problem. The liquid is how I personally would do it...and I would mix it in as much fluid as possible - i.e. 100 mg in in a full liter of liquid to yield 100 mcg/ml or even more fluid to make it more dilute. The more diluted it is, the less the variations in the lines will make a difference.

At 100 mcg/ml if you measure out 1.1 ml you get 110 mg. At 25 mcg/ml if you measure out 4.1 ml you get 102.5 mg - so the overall variations per unit of volume (in this case you are off 0.1 ml), obviously, become less and less problematic and your dosing becomes more precise this way.

Just be careful and make sure you get a good suspension. Last thing you want is to have it come out of the solution and you get a bunch of powder at the bottom of the bottle, stick the syringe in and suck up a chunk of pure powder.

Noticed you are a fellow Mass guy BTW.
