What to take?

What’s up gentlemen. I need you alls’ assistance. Here’s the situation: I took the Nolvadren supplement a few years back and was extremely pleased w/ the results. Only concern is I do not remember what hormone balancer or what you call it that I took with, if someone can please suggest a safe and effective one it would help as well as the dosage.. I also took an organ shield with, so in all 3 supplements I want to revisit, nolvadren, organ shield and a hormone balance of suggestion. I do understand you can find allot of info in the forum itself, as with all forums. But I want to be clear and thorough. Thanks.
 
if you are looking for natural options i have had stellar results with sustain alpha and m-test.

all natural ingredients in sustain alpha-truthfully many use this combo for pct after a cycle of hormonals-sustain alpha in particular is very popular for pct.

pct means your natural testosterone is going to be tanked, if sustain alpha works well for this situation imagine how well it works under normal condition!!! adding in m-test is a very nice bonus as in my opinion they compliment each other very nicely.
