Could use some help

Took .5 armidex yesterday afternoon, woke up today. First thing I noticed is my fit bit was almost falling off my wrist, so they were very swollen, my nips back to normal, and I’m not all moody/irritable anymore. So guess I’ll take .5 on pin days mayb .25 until my aromasin comes in, then I’ll switch over to that, read that it’s much better for estrogen control cause no possible rebound effect?

Hell yeah, don’t understand how women can take all that estrogen, an have it spike once a month, biggg respect to them that’s for sure. Once again appreciate everything, going to go get blood work tomorrow, just can’t decide if I go to my dr to do it, or just go to one of these clinics, and get the results myself and go from there. Believe that may be a bit faster method, an don’t need to let my dr see my levels if there’s tons of info out there to know where I want to be, question is what exact test do I ask for, testosterone and estrogen test? That all? Or should I test some other stuff aswell? Thanks

When I was looking at what I should get tested, I thought the same thing, if my estrogen seems under control now, maybe I don’t need to get blood work. But also considering, since I had those symptoms, maybe it wouldn’t be a horrible idea to get some blood work, I just don’t know what type of test I’d get
 
Guess it wouldn’t hurt to stop an get estrogen and test lvls taken tomorrow, taken off work to go to dentist anyways

Ideally you get a CMP too so you know your blood kidney and liver health too. But if you just trained today don’t bother because it can affect that. You need to avoid training a couple days before a CMP to get trustable results.

Thats exactly what i was looking for! i didn't train yesterday, and barley broke a sweat today, so i may try it tomorrow. Good to know though, may actually be the best time to get it done. With work and training, its very rare i get 3 days with no physical activity at all. Think ill call get some information tomorrow morning on in CMP test, aswell as test and estrogen levels. UPS has great insurance, one of the reasons i work there, think ill take advantage.

So I ended up not getting blood work, was going to get up early an get em done, but for past week or so I’ve had stupid vivid dreams, aswell as waking up every other hour. So when 7:30 came around I’d only slept few hours, so slept a bit more. Fitbit showing I slept 9 hours but woke up feeling like ****, foggy brain, just out of it. Libido still high, estrogen doesn’t seem high, my neck right under my chin is very swollen, hoping it’s all due to my teeth probs I’m having. But not sure, but idk what’s cause such vivid dreams and awful sleep. Gonna pin 150 tomorrow and take .25 armidex with and go from there. Just feeel an it out of it, not too down not too up, just bleh. Hoping **** sorts itsef out!

yeah initially was gonna run 400 a week 200x2, but now settled with 150x2 a week, which maybe i needa go down a bit to 250? Ive just read mixed reviews bout it, if im going to cycle atleast do 300, some say 250 is a waste, but im doing test only, so thinking 300 is the play.

No no if its test only you need that 300, maybe even 350. 250 may be a little underwhelming as a cycle,

even though i used 200-250 test keep in mind that i threw in 100mg of tren ace alongside for added anabolism

Yeahh that’s what I was thinkin, gonna keep with the 300 for a bit, if everything evens out an I feel like goin yo mayb I will, but yeah think for me and what I’m wanting 300 is just right

Or... you can always add sth else, short acting to spice it up for the last 4 wks

I know its a blasphemy to suggest using anything but test on your 1st cycle but personally i dont see anything wrong with it, especially if you are already on test for like 6 weeks you got an idea how it treats you

This is my second, first was 300 test e only only one pin a week, I know, dumb. Didn’t have many negative sides though. Idk bout adding anything till I get this dialed in, only 2 weeks in so plenty of time
 
Atm I’m just planning nova as my pct, do you guys have any suggestions on what I should add to that?
