What do you take / recommend for gut health ?

What is the issue with your gut health? Just feeling bloated around certain meals?
Have you tried playing the process of elimination on certain food sources and how they are settling?
Have you tracked how you felt before and after meals, what meals settle heavy, and trying to eliminate those sources to see if that is causing the root issue?
What is your fiber intake daily? Being too high can be an issue with causing gut health issues

I know you are a creature of habit with eating similar foods on a day to day basis. Layne Norton had a great podcast interview with Suzanne Devkota, PhD, is an assistant professor at UCLA as well as in the Cedars-Sinai Division of Gastroenterology investigating the role of diet in shaping the community of bacteria that live in our intestines.
They talked about how eating the same things can actually decrease gut bacteria, and being flexible with various sources can improve digestion.

I would first try to pinpoint if it is a certain food source that is causing the issue, try removing it, and seeing if that helps fix the issue. A majority of the time gut health problems stem from the variety of sources we eat.

I would also advise trying to swap out high FODMAP food items with lower FODMAP items to see if this helps ease the digestion of what you are consuming.

If you have tried over a period of time to narrow down what food sources or things are settling heavily then I would suggest
- 10-15g of Glutamine daily
- NuEthix Gut Defnder
- Evomuse Gut Health

Those would be great products to take. Before you jump to pills and powders first try and troubleshoot the root cause.

I really have no issues, I was just curious what people are taking? There is a lot more talk in the last few years about "Gut Health"

Well if you have no issues then there isn’t a need to modify anything.

If your GI tract has no issues, vowel movements are good, and there is no discomfort in the meals you eat.

Regardless if anyone’s goals I would suggest gut health from @dsade at evomuse.

maybe I can see about getting you guys a deal on a year pack pending his inventory

You don't necessarily have to take anything. You can eat fermented foods. Just eating healthy in general and avoiding highly inflammatory foods or processed foods is also huge. Just depends on the person honestly. It's a highly highly complex topic and everyones gut biome is going to react differently. You really just have to learn yourself and what nutritionally works and what you may need help in from a probiotic, digestive enzyme, or herbal front.

@The Solution, One of the things that got me thinking of this you had included a "Gut Health" supplement in your Dream Stack"Invalid Link Removed

If you have no larger issues at play, you could try something like Metamucil with your meals if you’re in need of fiber. Could be beneficial for cholesterol and blood sugar control as well.

I do take these daily to help with regularity, the older you get them more important this becomes.

Seeds synbiotic is about the best you can find for gut health. Got two friends with issues and they swear by this stuff

A bit more unconventional but could try tumeric or curcumin with no bioenhancers. Could be good for gut health
