Could use some help

So I’m an idiot, decided I wanted to run a second cycle. Got my test cyp 200, but got bunk nova and ai didn’t come in, like an idiot I started anyways. So I’m on day 10 tomorrow would be my 4th pin, first two were 200, the last one I went with 150, was going to switch to 150x2 a week. Anyways since I don’t have an ai or pct, can I just stop? Pretty sure my natural production has already stopped though. Feel like my estrogen level is high, over past 48 hours gotten depressed, libido down, and I think my nipples are a bit puffy. I know I’m an idiot. I ordered legit nova an Arimidex on the 4th but no idea when it will get here or if it will. So question is do I stop? Do I continue but drop dosage and hope my pct and ai come in? Go to dr and get test done? Either way tomorrow is pin day so kinda lost what to do, would love some advice/help. Thanks
 
Also to add to it all, I believe my lympnode under left armpit, bit of pain when I’m laying down
 
I mean I find it super silly to start a cycle and 2 weeks in you wanna stop because you don’t have an AI? buy it and you’ll have it within 3-4 days? You’re only running 200-300 test... if your real question is can I stop without a PCT because I changed my mind which I think is your real question... then yes within 1-2 weeks in you can.

No I’d love to stay on it, and I’ve AI and pct on the 4th, ordered from another source today. I would love to know where to get one in 3-4 days. I’m just worried right now, kinda being a bitch, cause my estrogen is high. Super moody, irritable, low libido, super down all the sudden. Felt great two weeks ago an actually 2-3 days ago. I just don’t know what the smart play is, just keep going with 200-300, and hope my ai and pct get in. Or do I jump off now, hope natural test isn’t suppressed? But I promise you, I’d love to kee going, but feels wreckless with these symptoms and nothing in hand but armistane and some BS novedex XT

I actually just got a reply from one of my sources, it’s in transit, so should have it hopefully sat. So In that case with all my symptoms, think I just pin 150 tomorrow an stick with 300mg a week like I was? Armidex should fix the problem I’m hoping. Sorry not trying to waste peoples time, am legit worried/stress out atm.
 
Not sure how you came to the conclusion that the Nolva that you say that you have is bunk.

Anyway ... Order from board sponsors next time.
 
As far as if estro is high look into this

Puffy nipples, sore nipples, water retention, swollen ankles or wrists, high blood pressure, moonface

Unless you experience any of those symptoms Loud and clear I would abstain from arimidex on 300mg of test weekly

You will grow better without an ai
An ai can only lower your gains

Being moody doesn't mean anything. You just introduced a massive hormonal imbalance by injecting exogenous hormone into a perfectly healthy body

Also low libido doesn't mean anyrhing

I can take test, tren, mk677, master on and I still won't have practically any libido

I made a mistake my 1st cycle chasing libido with aromasin but taking ai from my experience only lowers libido as estro is important

Dopamine plays a much bigger role in libido
And most of the time it's purely psychological

For libido I would suggest looking into things like hcg dhea pregnenolone etc

I do have a bit of puffy nips and swollen face, my ai and pct are supposed to come in tomorrow so I’m just going to pin 150 today which makes 300 for week and and hope it comes tomorrow and not Monday and hope for the best

Think a bit of it is in my head, first cycle was years ago, test e 300 only once a week, then clomid pct, had some bloat, but wasn’t constantly trying to evaluate myself, this time think I’m psyching myself out a bit reading ****, I do believe my estrogen is a bit high, but just hoping my **** comes in tomorrow
 
If it’s coming by Monday, take your shot. If nothing is coming you could always skip a shot til your AI shows.

Monday is the latest, supposed to be here tomorrow, I went ahead and pinned. It’s weird felt good till last 48 hours, just noticed t nights I was getting really hot, my nipples wee a bit puffy but kinda been that way forever, and my mood has just been sketchy. Having just stupid vivid dreams, think I have just been reading a bit too much tho and stressing myself out. Blood pressure is fine, maybe I’m just adjusting. I ran 300 test e with no ai on hand few years ago, didn’t obsess bout sides, went just fine. Think either way will go to dr next week and get tests done, may needa stay off the internet and stop evaluating myself at nights so much.
 
Really appreciate the positive info guys, made me feel A lot better, like I’ve said it’s just at nights I just start getting moody and kinda overact mayb a bit of hypochondriacksh. When ai comes in just gonna take .5, what every day till I feel estrogen is better? Or e3d? Then just continue doing 300 and pct
 
Invalid Link Removed here’s a pic btw, was 145, now I’m sittin at 148-150 guessing mostly water weight, nipples have kinda always been weird like that, plus I’m pigeon cheated so chest is tiny, but there’s no lump under nips. 28 btw, I work at ups, toss boxes up to 145 pounds for 6-8 hours a day plus workout, burn 3k avg calories at work, trying to eat 3.5k-4.5k cal a day also avg 20 miles walked a day aswel, wanting to gain 10-15 pounds off this cycle. Been stupid hard to gain weight cause I sweat so much an my test lvls were lower end when I got tested a month ago

Also have some coming from source on this site aswell, so back up on top of back up plans, now just needa decide if it’s too late to start hcg, an if not, do I order that ASAP
 
This physical job of yours is going to be a huge problem. I know because i had a physical job and couldnt gain for sh1t.

Not only i struggled like hell yo gain weight, but i was physically drained to lift when the time came to workout.

You will need your sleep to be spot on.


Also, just wondering, this is not a shot at you because anyone can do whatever they want, just interested why did you decide to use steroids while weighing 145 lbs?

How tall are you?

Also i am sure ypur test levels are low because you are completely exhausted and drained.







Btw...I eventually said fuk you to my physical job when i wore a 24 hr holter and saw my heart rate throughout the day. I was horrified to see it was 90 average. And long term having elevated heart rate 8 hr a day cant be good.

I said I aint trading my ticker for that pos job i ws doing.

Sooner you add a low dose of HCG, the easier recovery will be. It’s not all or nothing. Less time they spend shrunk down & dormant, the better.

This is a shot at you, but I mean it constructively: you do NOT eat enough. You have not figured out how to fuel your body for your goals while meeting your life’s energy demands.

I know a friend of a friend who powerlifted while delivering for UPS. He would eat McDonald’s every single day to be able to gain any weight. Not just a combo meal, like 6 cheeseburgers and everything he could force down, every day, because like you he burned so damn much at work. He did get very big and strong, but he literally did the CT Fletcher diet (which we all know how that goes if you do it long enough).

My advice is, whatever you are doing now, find a way to add more. Pour olive oil on all of your meals, add ground flaxseed to shakes or oats/cream of rice, have at least one homemade weight gain blended meal per day (some kind of “milk”, whey, banana, oats, pb, flax, berries, avocado/oil). White rice is your friend. Choose less filling foods (fish over chicken breast, ground beef over steak). Trail mix is nice to take on the truck, and pickles can help you stay hydrated.

You can add sodas, ice cream, junk food on top of your diet if you find you still need more of course, but don’t just get fat. That stuff isn’t to be part of the staples.
 
Luckily I’m only gonna be working 4 to 6 hours max the next few months and I am 5”6, and just thought it would really help me gain some weight when I did test 300 I went from 1:50 to 175, so thought I could do it again, I do need to eat more for sure tho feels like never enough added thc which is helping
 
So y’all knowing all this now, 2 weeks in 4 pins first week 200x2 this week 150x2 I’m here cause I’m an idiot an too impulsive so what’s the play? Kee going take my ai when it gets in? Or stop an wait for pct to come and take that an go to dr?

You will be fine beginning the AI when it arrives. You have visible abs and are only taking 300mg per week, so aromatization shouldn’t be bad - start with a lower dose, as you shouldn’t need a lot to maintain balance.

Relax. Enjoy lifting some weights. Eat to grow, which means eating big but also CONSISTENTLY. Just like your sleep and training, it has to be consistent. It won’t do to be in a surplus for 2 days then back off the food when you start to feel full. Like cutting means abstaining when hungry, bulking means eating even if you aren’t.

Yeah that’s one great thing I’ve noticed recently is I’m hungry all the time, and how much Arimidex you suggest, also I don’t have hcg, first cycle I just let em sheink and they came back. Do I try an order some now prob won’t have in till end of next week at the earliest, also don’t know much about hcg. But I really would like to continue the cycle
 
Might be placebo but working right now and killing it, wrist are bigger I’ve noticed cause had to adjust fit bit, I was thinkin because my forearm is getting bigger which it does look a lot bigger ima good way not bad way
 
I don’t use arimidex, I use exemestane. Google is your friend. Or just search the forum here for arimidex.

I use 250iu HCG 2-3x a week on cycle until a week before I start my SERM PCT.

Yeah I considered ordering some exemestane aswell, **** if I knew a source that would overnight some ai an hcg rn, id order it, money not issue at this point. With no hcg they just gonna sheink again then pct return? Wondering if I should order that ASAP even if it takes few weeks to get here, but by then would it even be worth ?

An my sleep was awful mon an tues, mayb that’s a factor, but last two night 8 hours, avg 7 hrs 12 mins last month I’ll try and get that to Atleast 8

For the third time, THE SOONER YOU USE HCG THE BETTER. It’s not all or nothing. If it takes 3 weeks to get here, that’s still only 5 weeks shrunk vs 12.

Just order some, plus bacteriostatic water to reconstitute it, and you will need insulin syringes to pin it subcutaneously near your navel (slip it sideways right under the skin, no more than 5” from the belly button).

Ok I’ll order some ASAP, an see if I can find some info about reconstituting it and all that, hate having to do another injection but seems 1000% worth it

Thank you btw, really helped calm my nerves a bit. I know I’m an idiot for not having everything on hand before starting but it is what it is, gonna try an make lemonade with my sketchy unprepared lemons.

Some great YouTube videos on how to reconstitute peptides and subcutaneous peptide injections.

You will also need alcohol swabs, or cotton balls and rubbing alcohol, for safe application. It’s easy and fast.

you need those cals

Also make sure your taking creatine and if you can source get mk677 or another gh secretagogue the synergy with steroids is amazing

ayee thanks man, and my mass gainer has Creatine and I usually add a bit aswell, but also read to not use Creatine during test cycle, and mannn I’m not too sure I wanna stack anything, maybe when I get my ai tomorrow or Monday and get that under control, an just feel a bit better mentally about it, I’ll consider something like that, appreciate the input man!

am reading up a bit on mk677 though, increase in hunger an muscle mass would be amazing, read some people run with pct aswell, after i get my ai and pct, may actually order some to have on hand just in case i feel like i could use it, thank you!

You could look at the ingredient profile. It's probably just a "natty" Test booster.

It is important to differentiate between "not Nolva" and "bunk Nolva", that way you, and everyone knows what you're talking about.

I was too busy too chime in much today, but I'm sure Hyde and the others had you covered.

I would be interested to find out who is that smart guy who says not to use creatine while on test and also his reasoning.

Creatine is one of the best things you can take for performance enhancement.


Also, it leads to greater decreases in myostatin that training alone

Ps: as far as pinning hcg subq if you dont like the idea of stabbing your belly like i dont, you can inject into your thigh fat. I do all my subq injections into the thigh fat.

i like to stab away from my vitals and even if lump or infection develops at least its not immediately by your organs.

Yeah pretty sure it was just some guy saying you wanna keep Creatine levels down, to decrease sides. Absolutely no info proving it. And I just don’t like injections period, but the belly isn’t that bad, thigh an ass are no go for me lol. I pin delts for test, and going to try stomach for the hcg.
 
For a bit of an update, my ai and pct should be here in 2-3 hours, my mood has improved, still think my nips are a bit puffy so gonna take .25-.5 armidex. Other than that, think looking up side effects at midnight, an putting myself into a panic, creating placebo sides is no bueno. Thanks to you guys, calmed down, got good info and sources, so more excited than ever! Feel great other than nasty toothache that I’m takin care of Monday for free, whole reason for working at ups:) wonderful benifits. But once again thanks guys!

Really is a great board:) genuinely can’t thank y’all enough. Was not expecting such positivity at all, so glad I decided to post. May seem silly to some cause such a low dose an what not and I’m sure I overreacted a bit, but damn you guys fixed that quick!
 
Took .5 armidex yesterday afternoon, woke up today. First thing I noticed is my fit bit was almost falling off my wrist, so they were very swollen, my nips back to normal, and I’m not all moody/irritable anymore. So guess I’ll take .5 on pin days mayb .25 until my aromasin comes in, then I’ll switch over to that, read that it’s much better for estrogen control cause no possible rebound effect?
