guys sorry for my english so let me try and recap i have been taking 200mg of npp and test Prop every other day so in total of 800mg per week and it was my first time taking any anabolics i didnt even have any side effect except for my balls to shrink so very surprised i still took arimidex at the last 3 weeks of my cycle just as a precaution .
so just very weird that i didnt see a huge transformation , yes i gaines muscle but maybe 3-4kg maxxxxx and i am 5ft6
GP is the brand of the pills (pharma)
and after reading all your comments as i have been on it for the past 2 month i should take 40mg 40/40 and 20/20 for the last 2 weeks for nolvadex and then i dont know how much i should tale of clomid ? please help
 
I am not an expert here - but Nolva and Clomid are both SERMS and a lot of people use one or the other, some may use both. I would wait a couple weeks after you stop before you start taking either. If you're doing 40/40/20/20 on the Nolva then I don't think you'd need too much clomid TBH. I could be completely wrong do to a lack of actual experience but with that I would maybe keep it at just 25 mg/day of clomid for the entire 4 weeks. Or maybe 50/50/25/25. No real need to overdo it.

3-4 kg of muscle, if that is what you are saying, is not bad from a cycle IMO. I mean, for someone with training that is more than they would typically gain in a year of working out.
