WHAT TO TAKE FOR PCT

Hey guys i need a qiick help i am due my PCT after using for 2 months npp and TEst P and now i need to know the exact dosages for PCT as i got GP CLOMID AND GP NOLVADEX I DONT KNOW WHEN TO START TAKING THEM AFTER MY LAST INJECTION AND DONT KNOW WHAT TO TAKE PLEASE TALK TO ME LIKE A CHILD WITH DOSAGES AS I DONT UNDERSTAND PROPERLY?

Put your cycle here, with dosages, length, etc. Including when your last "shot" was/will be.
 
i have been taking 20 UNITS of `TEST P EVERY OTHER DAY WITH 20 UNITS OF NPP EVERY OTHER DAY IN A 1ml syring FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS AND NOW MY LAST INJECTION WILL BE TOMORROW
BY THE WAT IT WAS MY FIRTS TIME TAKING GEAR AND I WAS A BIT DISAPOINTED LOL
BUT NEED URGENT ADVICE FOR MY PCT I AM STRESSING OUT
 
YOU SHOULD TAKE NOLVADEX OR CLOMID STARTING 40/40 FOR THE FIRST TWO WEEKS THEN DROP IT DOWN TO 20/20 FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS. IT ALSO HELPS IF YOU HAVE SOME HCG AND CAN USE THAT, ALTHOUGH THE PROTOCOL FOR THAT IS DEBATABLE. HERE ARE A COUPLE LINKS FOR YOU TO READ THAT MIGHT HELP YOU OUT.

How many mgs of each were you using?
We don't mind helping you man but it is important that you realize that you didn't do things the right way, so you don't do yourself harm in the future.
Your knowledge and your plan should have both been set before you ever started.

i was using 200mgs of each every other day for 2 months

Well, tbh, I don't remember what the dosage for Clomid is. I think it's 150mg or something? It's in those articles I'm sure. But, the 40/40 and 20/20 is the dosage for using Nolvadex. So you take 40mg for 2 weeks, and then drop it down to 20mg for another 2 weeks.

yeah this bro. Next time do get all this nailed before you start. It’ll make for a much better cycle as you won’t be stressed.

im not sure what 20 units equates to (I’m guessing you mean 0.2 on a 1 ml syringe?) without knowing the concentration of the npp and test.

both those are short esters so you can start within 3-5 days after your last pin (could start slightly earlier if you want).

the blend of CAPS and non caps does make for a more challenging read as well bro

Umm... I just did that.... but, no you don't need to take them together. Please go and read those articles I posted for you. You clearly did not do your research and you're coming here begging for advice at the last minute and it's making you really edgy.

Your testosterone would recover on it's own naturally after several months, even if you took nothing. You took very short acting ester drugs, so the amount of time it takes them to break down in the body is very short. I have no idea how much you took because you still haven't specified, so it's very hard to help you when you don't even know what you're talking about.
 
so the gp nolva pill composition is 20 mg in a pill and the composition of GP clomiphene is 50 mg per pill
so should i take both of them and how many pills for how long ?

GP? I don't know what that means. I'm just going to advise you on Nolvadex because that's the one I've always used and know best. You don't need to take both. You can take one or the other. I would, again, advise you to take 40mg of Nolvadex for 2 weeks and then 20mg of Nolvadex for another two weeks after that.

Does that make sense?

i took 200 mg of test p and 200 mg of npp for 2 months
 
JK. Seriously now, do yourself a solid and search for the posts made by the user Spurfy on PCT and intracycle SERMS. It'll not help you as much now as it will change your next cycle and ultimately, your health and logevity as a lifter if you really get deep into it.

Not getting fanboy or culty here, but very pragmatically that information saved my testicles and relationship for that matter.

As a spoiler you'd probably like to start Clomid ASAP and probably ditch that Tamoxifen.

by GP clomid do you mean PG clomid (pharma grade?)

regardless, standard clomid dosing is 50mg per day for 2-3 weeks then 25mg per day for a further 2 weeks or so.

your cycle was quite short so 4 - 5 weeks pct should be fine.

I personally do take both clomid and nolva together (well I did before I stayed on) but you don’t have to. Either on their own works fine.

1) you took 200mg of each per week (normally people would stat their dosage on a per week basis)

or

2) you took 200mg of each every other day (which would be a total of 700mg of each per week)

I am intrigued as to what actual dosage he’s taking, my money is on 200mg a week which would explain why he wasn’t that impressed.....

I really wish there was a search function or a way to search the web for info on how to do a proper pct. that way an idiot wouldnt have to post threads like this every single time they did a cycle unprepared.

i took a total of 700 mg per week
 
guys sorry for my english so let me try and recap i have been taking 200mg of npp and test Prop every other day so in total of 800mg per week and it was my first time taking any anabolics i didnt even have any side effect except for my balls to shrink so very surprised i still took arimidex at the last 3 weeks of my cycle just as a precaution .
so just very weird that i didnt see a huge transformation , yes i gaines muscle but maybe 3-4kg maxxxxx and i am 5ft6

wow, that’s quite the first cycle bro (I’m assuming it’s 700mg of each). Bit like going to a whore for the first time and getting the ‘**** on my chest’ special right off the bat.

no prolactin or estrogen sides off that dose and limited gains suggests underdosed/bunk gear and you didn’t eat right (ie enough)

personally I’d take clomid at 50mg a day for 2 weeks then 25mg a day for 2 - 3 weeks

Considering everything that was said here, I strongly agree with Whisky and would apply the PCT protocol as suggested.
 
yes to clomid 50 mgs per day for two weeks and 25 the next two weeks. and if you want 25 every other day until normal function is achieved after those first 4 weeks..

This is sound advice. When doing PCT the old school way, HCG is a must for the well beying of most.

But I promise you, if you can prevent suppression in the first place... It's a whole new ballgame.
