Its a constitutional right to not support the business if they do not produce the product that is advertised. I dont wish the league collapses, but I do hope economic harm can help take politics out of sports.

I didn’t say anything about him being guilty or not. I’m also aware the rape warrant is outstanding which means they were probably trying to take him into custody when he was shot. I’m very familiar with the law.

You’re already saying the officers weren’t justified in using deadly force and all we have is a partial video and a bunch of overpaid temper tantrum throwing athletes making accusations. He had a knife in his hand and was trying to flee my means of the knife which is a deadly weapon. That’s justification to use deadly force in the US. Don’t compare your country’s laws to the US. If he had complied he would have never been shot.

Proof he raped a child? An indictment isn’t proof. The warrant I’ve seen is for felony three sexual assault. In Wisconsin, F3 sexual assault does not include rape of a minor. The Facebook post I’ve seen used a definition of third degree sexual assault from Rhode Island which does include a minor. However, the Rhode Island definition is not applicable to Wisconsin

TL;DR - Amari King is the conservative version of Shaun King. Both are emotionally charged idiots that don’t care about facts or logic so long as the rile up their followers.

Okay. What’s your point? It’s a peaceful protest. You can’t bitch about riots and violent protests and then also bitch about a nonviolent protest. Just say what you mean: you don’t want protests for BLM - peaceful, violent, led by JFK, MLK, Jesus, or Buddha. No BLM protests of any kind in America.

I’m not a taking a stand as far as the shooting. I haven’t watched the video yet - I’ve just seen the reports that he was shot in the back. My stand is that it doesn’t matter if he had a criminal record. He still has rights lol. The constitution doesn’t say you have the right to a speedy trial unless you’ve had a previous conviction and then you can be shot on sight. His civil and constitutional rights still exist regardless of his prior bad acts. Hell, IIRC you’re against felons not being allowed to own a firearm after they’ve been released because that’s an infringement (it was someone in here).

I am taking a stand against your hypocrisy. You’re spouting baseless lies and accusations when a simple google search would show you that you are wrong. And instead of acknowledging and accepting that the dude isn’t a pedophile, you keep moving the mark and changing the narrative.

I’ve seen all this bitching in here about Democrats doing this same stuff and here you are, making things up, spreading lies, and ignoring the constitution when it benefits your agenda.

The rape warrant has not been served yet according to the report I read. That charge is separate from the F3 sexual assault.

Yes he hasn’t been found guilty of rape, but I know in my jurisdiction, the DA’s office will not authorize sex crime charges unless the cases is VERY solid. They’re hard to prosecute.

Complete opposite here. DA takes them all to trial because the jury convicts on the charge alone. That whole “the GJ wouldn’t issue an indictment if it wasn’t true” mentality.

Also, there is no law stating a cop can't shoot a suspect in the back...you reach for a gun, youre getting shot. A cop doesn't have to wait to be shot, or shot at, to engage.

I am saying it is not okay for cities to burn because a piece of crap was shot. Let the investigation happen and then determine if the city is worth burning down for. Hope that is more clear. Does it matter? They could be protesting that the sky is blue or that chips are 90% air. The right to protest isn’t limited to a protest of something you agree with it. It’s a peaceful protest.
 
What I am trying to figure out is what they actually want. Do they want anyone with pigment in their skin to be able to rob, loot, murder, and pillage without consequence? under the guidelines set by the 1st amendment the right to peaceful assembly is a constitutional right....i read the amendment carefully and could not find the part that says i have to agree with or support said protest.

Its no suprise bro, the face of the entire movement is someone who put a gun on his pregnant wife's tummy to rob her so he can buy drugs who was in and out of prison all his life, had a large dose of fentanyl in his blood and his buddy in the car has active warrants on felony charges out for him.

Im a long life sports fan, politics dont belong is sports. Thats not what I pay for. Ive really been disgusted with the deterioration of atmosphere when it comes to sports. Im not the only one, they are losing customers.

I dont give much a crap if Kaper-diks wants to take a knee for the flag, but the way the attention had been bought to it and the following consequences have been nothing but distractions.

I pay and watch to have a good time AWAY from politics.
