New Zealand has the population of a single flyover state here. You guys have just slightly more people than Oklahoma. Wonder if that system works at scale.

If you want fantastic medical service here in America go for plastic surgery, the medicine that is free from government socialism and forces these medical centers to compete with others. Price is low, service is great.

Keep in mind you have less people to manage in NZ than NYC alone. This isnt a shot at you, it works and Im glad it does. We have 300 million people in this country, illegals crossing the borders all the time and taking strain of our medical system (my uncle has better more affordable health care than I have, and he is an illegal lol!) and this country is 26 trillion dollars in a deficit, people are taxed to hell all across the board. Its just a horrible idea on top of all the other issues I bought about.

Alot of these medical bills is to cover government bureaucracy.

Doctor/patient relationship, its simple. Show up to the medical clinic and pay them directly with nothing in between that has absolutely nothing to do with medical care.

Insurance should become insurance, not managed medical system as it is set up now. That must be eliminated, we need insurance. All insurance should be for is putting a price on risk and offering it to the market as an option just in case something bad happens, and if it was just as that it would be dramatically cheaper.

If NZ took 1/4th of our illegal immigrants and provided them with health care they would be dead broke and their people would riot to kick them out of there.

Not a fan of insurance companies either. Free market. In order for me to really accept this though, I jad to accept my own mortality and the fact that some level of treatment may not be justifiable for my own survival in specific situations. It can be a tough pill to swallow.

You have to be a citizen or permanent resident for you to qualify. Just because you are in NZ doesnt give you unlimited access to our healthcare.

In fact, it is costly if you dont have insurance.

I literally cannot find a single chart that shows the S&P being favourable to Trump. And my search has literally just been "Dow Jones AND Presidents".

It's a pretty neutral search term.
 
Take this one for instance, from 08 to 16, the trend was upward. If this chart was extended, it actually flattens out after 2017. But IIRC it was still trending up. The US dollar is annoyingly strong right now against the NZD. I remember a time when it was like 1NZD would get you over 80cents. That was the time to buy haha.

If something is on an upward trajectory to begin with, can you take credit for it as soon as you take over the presidency?

actually it worked out well for me in the end. had i not lost my job at international paper i would still be working there instead of owning my business.

Haha, to be fair i dont think either of them would be directly to blame. Honestly the big short is a good movie and is quite insightful.

I'm watching the panama papers doco at the moment and it is crazy how many powerful people are caught up in that

That’s the problem, would Demicans pass real universal health care and block illegals? They love giving them everything. Socialized systems should at least be locked around the people that directly contributed to it or else it’s economically inefficient.

I got a kick out of the pics of the NZ gun “buyback” all the pics were old busted up guns that probably didn’t work to begin with. Almost like everyone used it as an opportunity to sell off old junk and make it appear as though they are getting rid of their guns.

to my complete surprise[not], every single one of them has a democrat mayor.

Rand Paul speaks tonight....although not my favorite in my liberty moment due to the compromises he'es made, he is probably the least worst Republicrat in the entire party.

lol...alaska was ranked the #1 most dangerous state with a whopping 47 murders for entire year of 2018-hell, there are that many murders in a month in chicago.
