Ok, so I'm into my 3rd week of 300mg tren e, 300mg test e, and 200mg mast. Dose is split x2 Monday morning and Thursday evening. Also taking .5 caber on pin days and .25 Exemestane eod.

This is my first time using tren. I figured 300mg would be a safe start.

Here's what I'm experiencing thus far. Zero appetite. Very lethargic. A couple of days early last week, I almost felt flu like symptoms. Those are gone.

Last night, the insomnia hit hard. Couldn't fall asleep for nothing. Finally went and took some melatonin, only to wake up shortly after in soaking wet sheets. Lol.

I also start sweating after eating a sizable meal..

Libido seems to be gone..

I wish I could force myself to eat more. Foods that I normally enjoy are no longer as enjoyable..

Is this what tren is all about!? Lol. I keep telling myself to wait till around week 4 or 5 to start reaping the true benefits.

As for the libido, should I supplement this blend with an extra 100mg of test e that I have? Where's this crazy tren sex drive!? Lol

im 6 weeks in bro. Appetite went earlier, never really came back. I’m an eater, I can also eat, tren and sdrol though make it harder even for me but I’m not struggling to get enough in.

not noticed the sex drive issue, I’m the other way (but test really does makes me crazy horny)

feel you on the insomnia, had a few nights of really not sleeping, but generally my issue has been waking after 5-6 hours and not able to get back to sleep. I track with an oura ring and the negative impact on sleep has been instant and clear. It is starting to improve last 10 days or so.

sweating not been an issue at night fortunately.

my cardio took a battering even with gw - I’m roughly 15lbs lighter but my km time has dropped by about 30s on my morning run.

but **** me it’s shredded me up and my strength has held at the same level It was 20+ lbs heavier

Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention that I'm also on 20mg cardarine. Cardio hasn't taken a hit yet.
 
Honestly, if I get 5-6 hours of sleep, I'm good. I've always functioned well with that.

mine held solid (ish) for about 3-4 weeks (relatively small drop) but the last couple is where I’ve really seen it decline.

sleep wise I was always good for a minimum 7 hours a night, literally not managed that once since being on. I’m fine with what I’m getting but it’s definitely impacted sleep for sure
 
Well, im already up.. I took melatonin to help me fall asleep and got a solid 4 hours. No sweats.
Starving! Time to go eat some cottage cheese. Lol
 
Im 5 week into my first run too, no real sweat, kinda jittery at night though. Appetite didn’t change at all I can whatever, whenever I want. What I noticed is I’ll go close to hypo if I don’t eat for a couple hours or if I cheat and eat completely crazy I’ll go hypo 2-3 hours after. For me so far it’s a pretty easy run. The only thing I would say it weird is I’ll have some weird jittery feeling inside me randomly during the day. Not physically though...

Those are the beginnings of anxiety. It seems you are not prone so in your case it manifests only slightly. It stems from CNS overstimulation by AAS.

But in someone who is prone like me...add a high dose of masteron and very low estrogen= SEVERE anxiety (to the point i felt so horrible i couldnt stand some sounds, for example dishes clapping against each other, i would feel like i am losing it).

I’m extremely prone to anxiety and fight against it a lot. Years ago I had a lot of panic attacks episode where I literally thought I was dying. I simply learned to control my anxiety through self management and for me, finding what trigger my anxiety actually solved most of it. For exemple when I used to cycle I would get anxious at night. I then realized it’s because at night my mind wasn’t busy and the reality of "cycles are dangerous" was in me and I’d get anxious every single night" locating that and accepting it actually helped me and I don’t have that much anxiety on cycle anymore. Throughout the years I managed to find what makes me anxious and I deleted it from my life. Certain person, certain situations like massive crowds, situations where I have no control etc. It’s all about being true to yourself and finding what triggers it. Most importantly not lying to your own self and inventing reasons :) cause then it’ll never stop.

I always told you I understand you way better than you can imagine. This demon is only as strong as we let it be and as soon as you understand it and and slowly fight it you eventually win. Of course some nights I start thinking about my heart rate or whatever random things and I can feel a little anxiety pop in but then I’ll put my mind to work, get busy, take a walk, take a cold shower, or whatever! And ever since I didn’t let myself get hooked on those negative ideas, I’m way better.

I hope I can eat again! It's like when I do sit down to eat, I get full after just a few bites. My wife made a pork roast with rice & gravy the other night. I literally. Ase myself sick, trying to eat as much as I normally would have in the past.

No real anxiety sides for me yet.

Well, after about 5.5 weeks, im quitting the cycle..
I never regained any type of appetite.. Never got through the daily fatigue. Libido is gone.
My urine was getting darker every day. Evidently, im one of the few that has a liver that doesn't agree with tren.. I increased my NAC intake and tudca also. I was drinking maybe 2 beers a night.

I gained around 6 lbs and did see my waist tighten up.. My shoulders blew up!

Maybe next year I'll try tren a on its own (non blend) with test..

Going to finish the cycle by bumping the test up to 500mg and hope this tren e exits sooner than later..

sorry to hear that bro. It’s treated me really well on the whole (I guess all them years as an alcoholic were actually liver training 🤣)

ive seen that some people just don’t get on with the 19nors at all - you ever run deca?

Well it does seem that tren doesnt agree with some people.

There is absolutely no reason to torture yourself with taking compounds you dislike when you can be taking a simpler approach and make more actual gains because you can actually eat enough.

I dont think Tren is an end to be all miracle drug that you have to take and if you dont you will get significantly less results than others who take tren. Its a damn good drug, but it doesnt mean you cant hit your goals without it.

One thing i want to add is that libido definitely shouldnt be a gauge for anything, it is so elusive and there are 100s of factors that influence it beyond just androgens.

As far as shoulders blowing up, that is sth i noticed from tren too.
But test and mk also in the mix, so really its the synergy of tren, estrogen, igf 1 etc

Also, masteron. On paper it seems helpful. But adds more androgen load on the body, and from my experience it does very little in the way of actual gains, but contributes in the way of sides.

In my opinion, its better to just run test and tren as a cycle and then use masteron propionate at the very end, for like the last 2-3 weeks if you really want to harden up and see whats going on.

This is especially good idea if you are timing your cycle to peak for a contest, a meet or an event, which is what a lot of people do.

No, I've never tried deca.. I considered it for a winter bulk because of how it's supposed to be great for the joints.
Thinking it would treat me just as bad as the tren?

just based on the way the 19nors seem a bit binary in individual response (don’t get on with one, you won’t get on well with any) I’d say that’s a decent chance.

I mean tren is a different beast and it’s impossible to know as I’m sure some people do ok on deca but tren fucks them.

I really did enjoy deca and I’ll be running it again at winter (probably with some low dose tren for nutrient partitioning) but I’ve always done best off the 19nors.

Joints really do feel good on it. I found it a really decent bulker but there’s so many options if I’m in your shoes I’d probably go another way rather than risk it tbh
