Hi guys, I’m 39 my Still Natural. Need to put on a bit of muscles and this is what a Coach recommended.
What you guys think about taking these to build muscles?

HCG 0.25ml every morning
Hexarelin 0.25ml before workout/ or morning non workout days
Sarms (s22) 0.25ml 20 minutes after workout/ or morning on non workout days

Or should I do Hexarelin and HCG or take Hexarelin, HCG and testosterone?

Hi, I’m 39 and I carry heaps of injuries playing a contact sport all my life. I’m in a good shape naturally but it’s not enough to compete in bodybuilding.
I wanted to compete bodybuilding once in my life after all these corona thing ends.
It’s hard for me to gain any more muscle or weight even if I eat high calories in right macros.
 
For healing, recovery, rejuvenation, and enhanced IGF, run Ipamorelin and modGRF. Run that for 5 days on and 2 days off. Run BPC along with it.

From this post, one can tell you are putting up names of things with no understanding of them at all, and how they really affect your body. Who suggested Hex / HCG / SARMS (S22?) Is that like S23? and Testosterone?

Testosterone won't really do much without something else...
I wouldn't see pairing it with a SARM. 1/4 ml, and at what mg/ml?

You are ok injecting HCG and TEST and Hexarelin? Why Hex? Why not GHRP2 & GHRP6 with CJC DAC?
(Not suggestions, just questions)

This just looks like a mash-up of things to shut you down. I see no value in the HCG unless you are on TRT with hopes of having kids, otherwise, the HCG is pre PCT, and post cycle.

Now, then you have injuries? What injuries? Shoulder? Knees? Hips?
Peptides have great healing qualities, and two of note are (BPC 157 and TB 500) Do you need them? Who knows.
Hex is a peptide just like Ipamorelin (mentioned) You'll need to read up on all of them.

At 39 you want to be a natural bodybuilder? Because without seeing your body, I'm making an assumption you have a bit of fat to lose and too much muscle to gain. Just the hard facts. Do you want to go down the road of using AAS? Have you considered taking some time to grow strength and health first? Your core is far more important to longevity.

Can you share what your coach has to say about all of it?

I'd investigate my injuries and consider strength and core first so, programming.
That's what your coach is really for; along with nutrition, and solid advice.

At 39, you're over the hill for non-natty BB. It's just risky AF.
Go natty all the way, and investigate wellness. By that I mean, doctors that specialize in Sports Medicine.

They can go over the kinesiology and getting right for your journey.
We have no idea of your background
Current if any medications or health conditions.

Have you been in sports before?
Are you familiar with core conditioning?
Many of us can take those things for granted, but once you make a choice you have to follow through or failure will be an all to familiar face and you'll crash emotionally and physically.

Become a student of your passion. Asking here can get you some buzz words and 'cycles'
This is a mistake.

I've been in conditioning since a very young age, and have become a life-long learner about my body.

- Get a new coach
- See a doctor of sports medicine for your injuries
- Become a student of all that is natural bodybuilding
 
Anyone ever hear anything about dil007’s bodybuilding career progression? I thought he showed great potential.

Will he be competing at the next Mr. O?
 
HCG has its place but not at the beginning and through the duration of a cycle. Typically used before coming off to get the "balls" rolling.
