Optimum dosage for yk-11 and gw 0732

Just wanted some feedback on what people feel are the best dosages for these conpounds

I’m experimenting with that dose but wouldn’t do it long term I don’t weigh over 200 pounds so I know why you’re asking me that, but I don’t notice much at 10mg with cardarine

I feel amazing on it. Have noticed no negatives. Cancer doesn't scare me as much as acute sides and gw has been shown to be very cardio protective which is awesome.

I have seen a few other rat logs running 20-30, as well

I just recently bumped my GW dose up to 20mg. Just wasn't noticing much at 10mg. This is the original GW, not the new version, although I do have a bottle of the new version.
