I would like to get everyone’s thoughts on how common injection site infections are?
I’m very careful injecting so I’m really asking regarding dirty gear and how common that is?

Yep, rare as said ^^^.

obviously try to use a reputable source etc but remember, even if places are underdosing or using different compounds that’s not gonna hospitalise anyone. They sell dirty gear and someone loses a leg or has a serious illness the law would go after them big time.
