best supplement for performance anxiety?

Hi folks,

Which is the best supplement for dealing with bad performance anxiety, to take before an encounter and not causing drowsiness?

Phenibut seems interesting, but I’m concerned about sides and withdrawal risks, in addition I’d like to try first the natural route.

for me nothing really works well naturally for more than a time or two.. I have suffered off and on over the last decade or so with this issue. mostly its all in your head, how ever for me the best outcomes are the day AFTER taking cialis. like i said its mostly in your head so even if you find a natural option, you dont want to be worrying about it right before you get to it. Cialis lasts for 48hrs so im my head i know its there and working so i dont have to worry about getting or keeping an erection, and that leads to the best and most intimate sessions. if you go the natural route, i would recommend a couple of things:
buy the single use packs of the natural pills when possible. that will help you try different formulas, and identify what works.
next I would recommend some topical epi andro. and i would use it 1-2 times the day of your intimate time. I personally like to apply a few hrs before. that should help tremendously with libido and aggressiveness.
GL my friend but dont be afraid to try some cialis, as it has many healthful benefits for you when taken regularly!
before you ask, using epi andro once or twice a week, or month, ect. will not shut your endocrine system down and will not cause any gyno or other side effects. I literally take 150mgs the day I want to have secksy time with the mrs.

honestly, I think there are some great supps out there, but there's nothing better than having some blue pills on hand. When I was single, I'd take 25mg of viagra if a date was going well. I was in a long term 8 year relationship and we didn't use protection, after 8 years of no condoms...I would put one on and immediately lose my arousal. This really created some serious anxiety for me, and also lead to some unsafe behavior - some girls would recognize the issue and just tell me to put it in without protection - difficult to turn down in the moment.

For me, the biggest problem with Viagra is the throbbing headache when I take too much. anything over 25mg and my head would feel like it was going to explode.

If you're set on going the natural route, I would investigate the use of large doses of Citrulline - talking like 6g+ and also some relatively high doses of Icariin

Performance anxiety stems from the head so taking some type of nootropic could help like Aniracetam.

My suggestions would stem more around the longer term benefit and mindset vs strictly an acute impact... Many natural supplements can help to increase your "alpha feel", mood, and confidence which I think would help more than just something that you have to spontaneously take and hope works at the right time (which could be awkward and even contribute to WORSE performance).

Some things like CEL M-Test, SNS Yohimbine 2.5 (yHCL) and even just simple SNS agmatine xt could all help with more of the "general mood and positivity" portion. Even some natty anabolics like CEL Anabolic Effect can significantly improve mood and alpha feeling which would also help with the overall confidence aspects.

speaking of 'alpha feel' sustain alpha and m-test are a great natty stack...personally i would not recommend yohimbine to someone who suffers from anxiety.

true anxiety vs performance anxiety are dramatically different though. 100% agree in terms of panic attack type anxiety though. Y is long proven/studied to be one of the best natural sexual performance enhancers around so it would be a miss not to at least mention it.

don't get me wrong i'm a big fan of yohimbine but lots of guys seem to have issues with it.

hell, a wee bit too much and EVERYONE has problems with it haha. I've accidentally overdone it with Y before and spent hours puking my guts up while shaking and cold sweating buckets. Not a good time at all!

lol...my 1st experience with ycl was a 5gm bottle i bought from bulk nutrition-1fast 400 way back when mike owned it..it had no directions so i guessed a half tspn would be a good dose...i broke out in cold sweats and heart was beating so fast my wife wanted to call a ambulance---but i had the biggest, baddest boner ever and after 20 minutes my wife said enough and i had to ice it down and still took 20 minutes...

M-Test is great for libido and has KSM-66 which a lot of people find to be great for stress and anxiety.

For specific performance anxiety, I would try to 1 to 2 caps of SNS Stress & Anxiety Support. 1 capsule twice daily is the normal dose that people use consistently whereas 2 caps at one time is the dose that people tend to use more when they need to relax soon.
 
I would also like to add Low body fat. It is rare for anyone sub 15% bodyfat to have performance anxiety because you generally have better attitude or more positive feelings about yourself.

Yes Rx like others have mentioned. Be careful you don’t bottom out your BP tho by starting with too high of a dose. I suggest nebivolol due to its nitric oxide/vasodilatory properties and lower effect on cardiac contractility. Only downside is if you’re using this for sex and going crazy you might get a bit of lethargy, especially if dose is high. But your mind will
be calm and periphery will be vasodilated if you know what I mean. I suggest 2.5mg to test waters.
