Just want to say thanks to @cheftepesh1 and Supreme Labs for choosing me to log one of their products.

I'll be logging the gw to mainly improve body composition and will compare to the last brand I ran which was very recent, so I would know what to look for. Also, I will be taking notes on how my cardio performance is affected. May even experiment with higher doses, as well, lol. I plan on starting with 20mg today and towards the end I MAY work up to 40mg , just for a few days to see what it's like. Will be taking notes frequently , so GTFIH

My rat loves cardarine , so this should be great.

Other supps are just the usual. May be logging apex alchemy 6oxo and B-AET, as well, but I know how gw reacts with me already , so I doubt that would interfere.

Good luck with this. Are you dosing once per day or split dosing? How long before workouts are you planning to dose?

30-60 mins before workouts and 20mg at once because I’ve read the half life of gw is 24 hours. However , if I decide to do the high dose experiments, I’ll definitely split . For example: if I go to 30, 10mg AM and then, 20 mg pre workout. Or, 10 pre lift , 20 pre cardio. If I go to 40, I’ll have to figure that out. Apparently it can mess with your sleep so you want to avoid taking it too late in the day. Never had issues with sleep this last run but I never dosed it past 5 pm

Ok great. I used it at 10mg the same previously 30-60 mins before running and it seemed to help quite a bit. Like you said rumour is 24 hr half life but some say less but i see the logic of splitting the dose at that level your proposing. I dont know enough about the stuff to comment on a dose of 30mg but personally I cant see me going over 20mg with it and I found 10mg very very good so will prob play it safe.

Be really interested to see how you get on with this.

that’s great bro. I noticed more body composition than endurance but I guess I do lift like crazy on this stuff + cardio. It ends up making you tired

I’m nervous about going high but it’s not a stimulant and cancer doesn’t concern me as much as heart issues
 
Day 1 - Took 20mg before Legs and cardio. Nothing really to note , however cardio felt much easier even after training legs. Similar to how I felt the first day taking my last brand. Hopefully this gw doesn't give me the lethargy I got last time lol

Here’s some starting pics . We will see what changes I can make . Pull day felt amazing today and now I’m on cardio . feels like I can go forever. This gw is definitely stronger judging by the endurance I’m having on day 2

Big things to note on 30mg . During push day, I felt like I was not reaching the lactic acidosis build up I normally do, even presses felt less taxing. Wasn’t getting a pump like usual until I moved onto flys so maybe it was unrelated. Everything else was feeling good and cardio is getting easy af. Even took an hour walk this AM . This brand isnt making me lethargic either which is great. I think quality matters. Skin feels a bit tighter .

Good to see no lethargy
 
Here’s a few different shots. Sorry about all of the photos, but I’m noticing the skin tightening effects, waist shrinkage and dryness after adding 30mg and very strong. My endurance is getting insane . Legs were hard today but due to the amount of effort I’m putting into cardio , but still managed to get in a great workout. My hr is not going above 100 even walking 3.4-3.8 at a 9-10 incline

That is nuts. I popped 10mg GW501516 and 10mg Sr9009 an hour before my run yesterday and felt like I could go on for ever and heart rate just wasnt getting anywhere near may usual max. The only thing I found was the lactic acidosis from last few days reared its ugly head and muscles felt fatigued so I didnt push it.

yep, noticed the same thing with gw. You push yourself harder without even realizing
 
Okay , so today only took 10 pre workout and wow , it’s peaked. Legs never felt so easy . Again, I’m not getting the burn sensation quickly which is good as I can go forever , but I do feel like the gw robs me up a pump , however, looking at my legs: they’re vascular and pumped. Crazy.

Physique seems to be making subtle . changes . Still feeling the bloat from the mdiaz and I’m trying to balance back out after that failed run

I finished the first half in like 20-30 mins!

Barbell squat 15, 7, 4, 2 w/ a dropset, back off set of 8 and 10
Hack squat 12, 10, 8, 10 dropset into another 10 reps
leg press 4x 12, 12, 8, 20
Lying leg curl 4 x failure
Romanian deadlift 12, 8, 4, 10
Leg extension 4x failure
Walking lunges w/ weight 2 sets 1 set bodyweight
Reverse hyper extension superset Roman chair leg raise 4 sets

Leg pump is the best when you have to walk around like a penguin :)

haha i would say the same .. but maybe he is just seeing certain times (waking up)

but yea looking pretty lean imo as well
 
Stepped on the scale today at around 8pm and I’m 3 pounds lighter than my usual AM weight, this is after consuming some things including a bang and a lot of water a few hours before. Ate a few more calories than normal yesterday too. Haven’t changed much other than the added steps which could be contributing. Also started the apex alchemy 6oxo and b aet but only 2 days so obviously it’s not that.


I hope because when my hormones went out of whack I gained a lot of water weight, so I’m finally feeling good again. Just want to get rid of the inflammation feeling

feeling depleted again meaning my insulin sensitivity could be restoring, as well. The hormonal issues I caused recently made me feel like I could never get flat or depleted .

with that being said , could be a refeed tonight

Lying Tbar row 2 sets underhand
Cable ez bar curl wide superset close grip 4 sets

Rope curl 1 dropset

finished off with 3 heavy rack pull sets and hit a PR here
