Im not a huge fan of it.

So, I wouldnt use it if I wasnt on some form of anabolics. Which means I can use stuff like sdrol, tren, var, mast, etc. And these things, esp sdrol and tren, are capable of big changes. Along with diet, of course.

So at that point T3 is such a minor contributor, Id only consider using it again if I was competing and wanting to get every little bit of advantage I could. Otherwise, meh.

Just my experience with it.

what dosage you tried? Sides? Benefits?
T3 is pretty good I think it has less sides than clen. I like it very much with my tren. As for dosages that is totally dependent. On user. We have a guy on here competing in like 5 weeks and hes doing well on a dosage much lower than I use even though he weighs more than me

It’s really only useful if you’ve been dieting a while. After a while, adaptive thermogenesis and all that comes into play- I.e. your thyroid slows down and you have to drop your calories. Adding the t3 will keep thyroid output up and you won’t have to keep dropping your calories.

That said, it’s really not that dangerous. Don’t go over 50mcg(no reason to anyway). People have been put on t3 for decades and then get taken off and their thyroid wakes and returns to previous baseline within 4 weeks.

it’s effective at keeping thyroid activity up so you can continue to lose fat without having to go super low with your calories. Yeah, it works. But don’t expect to just throw in t3 and supercharge fatloss just like that.

No, the dosage doesn't really change that much and it's really not complicated at all. A healthy thyroid puts out about 30mcg per day of t3. If you're going to take t3 while dieting... take 50mcg. That puts you a little above normal thyroid function but not crazy. Some people take just 25mcg and get the same effect. So basically, there's two options on dosages- t3 generally comes in 25mcg caps so take 1 or take 2. This isn't complicated at all.

This is just my bro opinion but i would rather pound gh with anabolics and be in a proper deficit before running t3.

If i was serious and didnt care about the cost i would do 2 iu 3x a day at least, maybe 4 times 😀

I cant think of a situation where test/tren/gh wouldnt get a person with anything but the most crazy goals the results they want.

You say that stack test/tren/gh are most safer than t3?

Not saying any of this is safe, just that i would rather take those than t3.

I see no need for t3, its catabolic and one can get lean witout it.

I've actually been experiment with Armour Thyroid, Albuterol, and T2 with some very promising results. I know a lot of people sh!t on T2, but I've been using the Virus product from Vicious Labs (which has a lot of other great fat burner agents in it, in addition to the T2), I after taking it, using a thermometer I was able to see my temperature go up about 1 degrees consistently for about 4 hours. So, I think it's gotten a bad wrap compared to T3 and T4 since it's clearly not as potent, but that should mean it has less sides.

One other things of T2, is that there are two forms. The 3,3T and the 3,5T. The 3,5T is what you want. So, it' possible a lot of people were using the 3,3T or a blend of both and not have very good results.

Here's a really great article about it from SuppVersity:
