Could be that your estrogen levels are still high while you test is low. Try using 50mg zinc, 3-5 grams of pantothenic acid (B5) and beta carotene at 10,000IU. This should clear mild acne.

I tend to agree that your Estrogen ratio is probably high.
Do yourself a favor and get your estrogen tested often your first few cycles. If you can become educated on how your body aromatizes and know what it feels like to have high E....you can avoid a lot of issues. Acne is a big one for me as well. Keep the estrogen within a decent range and I dont have a pimple on me.

So like I wrote in the topic , my test level are not high they are about in normal range atm it’s only Since I came
Down to half a ml a week that my acne has shown up, I am
Educated on sides and when I’m on course I do have ai to help the balance out ...

You just said it and it’s been explained above.. you just came down from a dose.. that is when sides like acne happens most of the time.... when you go down or up doses... creating fluctuation in your hormones due to a change in hormones ratio and balance..

You could try the supplements I mentioned above first. If you have access to accutane, you can take a low dose like 20mg once or twice a week to see if that helps. I know that works for a lot of people. Just a thought.

Yeah thanks man , I think I had accutane years ago from the dogs n it cleared it all up , also dried my eyes Out and lips drove me mad but well Worth it in the end .. tbh my acne is nothing like how it was before I couldn’t even take a shower when I had it years ago cus if the pain .. atm I have got loads off tiny white peoples showing up , before was cystic acne really bad ... was hoping not to go down accutane again if I could manage to

Low does accutane like I said above doesn't give you the same side as the full protocol. I know because I have done it before a couple of time. And so have other people I know. You are talking about 20mg once or twice a week versus 80mg daily. Just another option for you.

nizoral is good for acne as well, or just straight keto
It's really only sold topically as a shampoo, so it's not something I would use all over my body. You can get an oral version of it though.

the oral version is actually a cortisol blocker . Kind of interesting , but it has horible sides . However, you can buy pure Ketoconazole cream specifically for acne . Or under a prescription I should say https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/6306332/

Taking B5 3x a day at 1.5g/dose definitely helps. By no means does it fix it entirely, but there is a noticeable reduction. Studies back it up as well.

oh yeah, I’ve read about this. Some people have major success with it in conjunction with a good skin routine

Yea....fvck you...
Just kidding! Didnt mean it that way at all...I should have said just bc you dropped your test doesnt mean your estrogen will follow exactly. That's why the consistent readings are helpful the first few runs.

As far as treatment - I didnt like the salicylic body wash just bc it dried me out too much, but it's very effective. Lots of good suggestions here that people have a varying level of success with. Couple years ago i ran 1g test just to see what it was like and my acne exploded...chest/arms/back just absolutely covered. Still have a lot of scars to this day bc of it. Best thing that worked for me personally- and very cheap - shower at least 2X a day and use Dawn dish soap on the effected areas. You'll constantly be stripping the oil off and I will always go back to that if I have another issue.

Domt use it on spots without acne - itll dry the hell out of it.

Good luck though bro. It sucks to go through all this work to look good naked and then get covered in that shlt

Just try something if bothers you that much. Doing nothing won't help anything. Not trying to be an ass but it seems like you aren't taking anyone's advice when a lot of good suggestions have be made. I have personally tried every one of the suggestions I made to you or I would not have made them. We are here to help. Just let us.

Mild cycles can be dealt with with the B5 from 3-8 grams daily. I like to add zinc and beta carotene because they seem to be synergistic. Worse acne, go with low dose accutane. It can make permanent changes to how bad you get acne if at all. Just not sure you have a friendly doc that doesn't want to kill you with high doses. Not really sure what else to say to help. Just try one for a week or two. If it doesn't work, move up a level. I am telling you all of this because I am a human guinea pig. I will never recommend anything I have not personally tried with success. Last post. Good luck.

It's also an anti-androgen and blocks 5AR conversion to DHT. I've heard of people using it orally and splitting it up into small doses to help with hair loss on cycle.

But, I've never seen it sold as a anti-acne treatment. It might be available through some compound labs made as a soap for acne. But the Neutrogena stuff I linked above works great. Salicylic acid is a really really good acne treatment.

Here's an article from Life Extension on acne and some natural stuff you can take to control it:

I googled isotrexin and some of the first results were places to buy it online. But, what I see is a combination of accutane and an antibiotic in gel form. That's pretty strange. Accutane is bad bad drug and has people committing suicide from it and all sorts of problems.

But, using it topically might be okay. Accutane is a retinoid, which is related to vitamin A. You might be able to find an OTC topical with vitamin A and some type of antibiotic. I couldn't find anything, but an antibiotic is not something you want to be on long term either as it kills the healthy microbiome in your gut and that can cause serious problems.

Anyway, hopefully those links will help you.
Good luck!

I know several guys on here that have had success with it. And I don't know enough about the low dose protocol - but that sounds like it may not be too bad. But in my personal life I also know many people that haven been prescribed accutane....nothing but horrible sides. Really nasty stories for some. Just cant see any way I would touch the stuff. Imo seems like a drastic measure when you could at least help the problem with all these other measures.

About 3000 people a year die from aspirin. All about moderation.
