This is what I was thinking. I’m prioritizing athletic performance and strength over mass building. Do I really need clomid? Any recommendations to this are welcome. Honestly I’m 24% bf as well would I benefit more from this lowering my bf before starting?

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg in am
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
9-12 DGA POST CT

PCT 13-16

clomid 50/25/25/25
gw-501516 20 mg day

To be honest bro I wouldn’t start the cycle until you’ve lowered your BF to nearer 15%.

yeah there’s some reasons about how things work better at a lower bf but I think the main reason is that a lower bf means you have your diet and training dialled in. All the drugs in the world won’t help if you have shitty nutrition and training. Dial that in first and you’ll get way more from the cycle.

Unless you have underlying health conditions anyone can achieve a sub 20% bf level pretty easily imo.

Hmm ok. Does s4 and cardarine help with fat loss? Also wouldn’t my body take from my fat stores to help build muscle also?

S4 great at fatloss but shines with aesthetics, but obviously lower body fat is needed for that to show.

yeah bro, at 24% body fat a calorie deficit and decent training will be MORE effective for fat loss.

drugs are there to help us when progress is either crazy slow or just not happening. It’s like someone new to weightlifting jumping on gear to gain muscle, it’s simply not needed.

none of this is risk free, I don’t get why you’d want to mess with your hormones sooner than you need to brother. Just looking out for you here.

Well thank you for looking out. I’m 29 years old and I’m on the low end of test for my age. I am definitely skinny fat 5 9’ 180 lbs 24% bf. Which is crazy because a year ago I was 175 at 15% bf so I don’t understand what happened. I don’t know what to do I run almost everyday and I lift for strength not size I don’t want to get big just be strong. Sure I eat fast food sometimes but I make sure my calories are either deficient or maintenance. I feel like I do most things correct but I don’t see any progress. I loose weight yet I gain bf % or it stays the same. I gain weight it’s bf%. I’ve trained off and on since I was 16. To me it feels much harder than it should.

3-7 miles trail and road running
yeah If your doing that daily it can hamper your ability to gain lean mass. Endurance stuff (normally a bit longer distance tbf) can spike cortisol and lead to fat gain. Your recovery has to be nailed on with running or it can cause all sorts of problems.

i run exactly the same as you 5-6 times a week but Before gear I was supplementing with all sorts of natural anti inflammatories and cortisol control stuff.

I also use peptides to avoid the negatives from running.

maybe cut down to 3 miles max 3-4 times a week or even better switch to HIIT (I run to get my dog out, I know it’s not optimal but it saves me time walking her)

What peptides do you use to combat negatives of running? I mean maybe I just not eating enough, if I eat more then I should be able to keep my muscle?

I don't understand.
Running that much, his bodyfat shouldn't be that high.
... Right??

in reality no but running can cause inflammation and cortisol elevation which leads to stomach fat accumulation - runners being skinny fat is pretty common. Still, shouldn’t be 24% imo but it’s possible that’s the problem.

BPC and TB500 for joint health. Mk and cjc dac for general recovery and collagen synthesis mainly

THIS! Runners for distance are generally NEVER skinny fat. It is the exact opposite. They aren’t bulky muscle, but the physique of marathon runners is VERY trim and extremely LOW body fat. Something just doesn’t add up here. Either not eating as healthy as he thinks or body fat percentages are incorrect because there is no way someone goes from 15 percent body fat to 24 perccent body fat in a year who is eating at maintenance/or below AND running several miles daily unless maybe his test levels are not near low normal and are in fact below normal, otherwise he must be eating more than he estimates or not exercising as regularly as he says.

nope he shouldn’t be, and yep generally endurance athletes are skinny AF. I’m giving op the benefit of the doubt on nutrition (I agree often people incorrectly measure calorie intake but this guy seems a bit more switched).

running can cause these cortisol issues which lead to belly fat. Running also doesn’t build any lean mass (or help preserve existing mass) so if his hormones are fucked it’s not inconceivable that running is causing the problem.....

regardless I wouldn’t cycle till I’d sorted that out anyway

I definitely found it strange. I’m good with getting my calories in, but also I’m more like .5g protein per lb of bw. Running I should be burning 1k calories+ so maybe I’m just not eating enough and I’m storing fat? I don’t know how that works, but I’ll retake my bf%. I’m not weak by any means I can do 8 pulls or so if that says anything. Also do you inject bpc? I don’t like needles. I’ve heard good things about bpc and joints I’ve been tempted to go oral route with them, but don’t know any quality sources.

I do feel I’m really prone to ankle sprain so do you think this would help? I’m looking at dr seeds and looking at the bpc+. There are no hormonal changes with bpc correct? If so I think I’ll give it a try and I also think maybe getting bloods my from doctor to rule out any medical issues.

that largely depends on why you think you get ankle sprains. If it’s a tendon or ligament weakness then bpc ‘may’ help. It’s normally used to speed up recovery but rodent studies (and I believe human studies) have shown it promotes tendon and ligament health.

it was believed you would need to inject it into the site you wanted to heal but newer research suggests it works systemically, basically regales of where it enters it’ll go where it’s needed

Alright thanks, I’ve also looked at mk677 which Increases hgh that’s supposedly supposed to be really great for all around repair, but I don’t need to eat more right now. My issue is even when I do start to take sarms is getting it from a reputable source. I know with a true sarm there really shouldn’t be sides of gyno or hair loss but if it’s laced with pro hormones or other stuff that’s the issue. I looked over at sponsers here and I didn’t really find many reviews on venders for sarms.
