So on the basis covid is here for a while and I’m fortunate enough to have a full gym set up in my garage there is no point in not starting my planned summer cut.....
some new compounds for me though so would appreciate some input.....
general info
39 yr old male, training 7 years (formerly fat as ****).
225lbs at approx 15%.
Currently squatting 300 5x5 unbelted and pulling 440 for triples so strength is solid but not spectacular.
I have 2 vials Tren Ace, Test prop, mast blend , I’ve had it a while and it doesn’t split the blend out on the vial but it’s a 250mg so I’m assuming 50 test, 100 each tren and mast.
it’s my first time with tren hence going for ace. (Run deca before so 19 nor not an issue)
my plan is was to continue my cruise level test dose (160mg pw) and add the TTM in at 250mg 3x a week (MWF)
sensible plan?
aim is shredding up so obviously running a calorie deficit but also have plenty of clen (I like the feeling), ECAY and T3 which I plan to incorporate as I move through the 8 week run.
i have plenty of var from a good lab but wasn’t planning on using it this run with tren being a new compound. I do have proviron as well but likewise might save that.
peptides will be included. Ipam initially and then tesamorelin. Got plenty of mk but taking a break at the moment.
supports will be all the usual suspects plus some. I have caber, ralox, adex, asin all to hand as well as a bunch of weekenders just in case
planning to do some serious fucking on this cycle
pct may not happen, if I come off I’ve got loads of clomid, nolva and hcg but more likely will be a cruise to xmas, blast over winter and then have a stab at coming off next year (if not successful it’ll mean I can get on prescribed trt..... I’m ok with that).
so, thoughts, comments, anything missing or you would do differently????
