Test to mast ratio?

Planning on doing a cutting cycle. Was originally thinking of 350mg test 350mg masteron. Both propianate. Now thinking maybe do lower test and higher mast. What are your thoughts. Planning on running 50mg of var with this. 8 week pre contest cycle. Want to stay under 1 gram of gear.
 
350/350 would be fine, but you could also do 250/500. Just kinda depends on your experience with each and which dosage you prefer.
 
Just my opinion, but masteron is a waste of money unless you are already very lean and are preparing for a show.

I used it in conjuction with test on a recomp cycle. A liiiitle bit of strength (nothing i couldnt have done even better with more test instead of mast), anxiety, aggression and horrible acne.
 
I'm on a trt dose of test and I have added 150 mg of mast e. I actually titrated up until I found my sweet spot, libido is crazy. Bloodwork looked excellent as well.

Agreed. Mast makes little sense. You must have special purpose in mind to use it.

Yeah this will be for a show. Used 8 weeks out. Currently about 9% at 210lb. With show 11 weeks out. Plan on starting 8 weeks out
 
Agreed. Plenty of uses for mast. Just because it doesn’t move the scale in a big way doesn’t mean it’s useless.
 
It's just a highly androgenic compound. If that is what you're after, then go ahead. I've never competed, nor will I, so maybe I don't understand the whole concept of hardening ... But if you quit mast weeks before the contest, the hardening goes away. Also, there are a slew of other compounds that make you hard and don't retain that much water and they are less androgenic than mast, leaving you with less sides to deal with. Heck, even something week as ostarine made me totally hard ... But I am open to hear your opinions on the matter, off-course.

If you are lean enough, 50mg of proviron taken for 2 days will get you hard. In fact, physique effects in my case were more pronounced with proviron than with mast.

Mast gave me a little bit of strength (nothing i couldnt havr gained on test only with perhaps a bit of creatine or a bit higher calories), anxiety and panic attacks (also feeling like i cant calm down) and my back and chest were covered in awful acne.

For me masteron is side effect in a bottle.

As @Jinsun said, it is a heavily anfrogenic compound and depending on how you tolerate various aas, it does have the potential to make you feel like total crap.

In fact it seems that estrogenic compounds (like dbol and test) make one feel good while androgenic compounds (masteron, tren) tend to make the majority of people feel bad.

Proviron on the other hand i didnt feel anything at all but in a day i was more vascular than i have been on mast.

Interesting. I am just considering getting some proviron to use off cycle, and was wondering how much it hardens you up. Also need to do a test on just about how much and for long can I take it, before it starts suppressing.
 
I liked it because mentally it didnt affect me at all but it gave my physique a boost. It is one of those drugs you dont feel working (at least in my case, not saying someone else wont experience anxiety etc) but you do notice effects very fast.

Dont know about suppression. I would say running any kind of aas off cycle is a bad idea, it may even decrease gains due to subsequent decreases in estrogen (and therefore igf 1).

Proviron is commonly used in PCT, 25-50 mg won't suppress you at all.
 
I used proviron in my last PCT. 2 weeks in, my HPTA was still asleep. 40mg tamox and 25mg proviron. Stopped using it after I got my bloods back. Did bloods two weeks later, HPTA was 100% restored ... I don't know ...

There seems to be more risk than reward with it.

It seems that it's more risky using it in pct. Studies have clearly shown it is not suppressive up until 150mg for most users. And I trust those studies. But PCT is another story altogether. Use at your own risk ...

Well, its a faulty logic as to why people want to include it in pct. They say they feel better in pct with it because they have better libido. But that's a red herring. In this case, the improved libido is because of the addition of the proviron, not because you've improved hpta recovery- and that's the goal.
