Natural herbs to lose weight

Heard a lot about hibiscus lately
 
Green teas and some green coffee extracts can help a bit. Hot peppers/cayanne etc. as well. It's not durastic but it's there. Really you are better off focusing on your diet as a whole than single herbs or extracts.

Great advice, but there was one option that seemed to work pretty well, I have been using for a few days now and it has been showing signs of progress. It's actually a drug made with herbal ingredients. Here you can check out the product too

And it ranges in price 30 days $59, 60 days $119 or 5 months for $179
Does anyone there at scamville know math?

Green Tea does all that. Buy a bag and... shove it in some water.

A few days means nothing. All this is; is energy and diuretic. That’s water weight not fat you are losing.

Lower calories 500 less per day.
Exercise.
Done.

You will lose fat.
