What’s the best pre workout that has a solid profile of Pump and Stim...something I can take daily (I’m ok combining if needed)? Ive used PreKaged and Levels. Like both but I know there is always new stuff out to try.
 
The word "Best" is way too subjective, that will vary too much from person to person.
But a good list of popular ones you could try or look into that are pretty popular I would suggest below

Build Fast Formula FullBlitz --> Large dose of citrulline and nitrates
C4 Dynasty -- Very complete
C4 Ultimate -- A pre I can always go back to and delivers all the time
C4 Ultimate Power -- ^^
Nutrabio Pre -- Well Rounded
Bang Master Blaster -- Simple and effective
Gat Psychon
Isatori Morph
Dymatize Pre
^^ All 3 are well rounded
Nutrex Outlift & Outlift Amped --- Solid company people sleep on with open labels and clincal doses.

Ones I have yet to Try:

Core Fury
Like a Pro Peak & Power, Outsized, Pump + Focus
CEL SuperSwole
 
CEL super swole is definitely a good one to combine with a stim product.
 
Reps sports Broken Arrow.
This stuff is lit! It last for hours and hours and you never want to stop.
Seriously nothing I have ever taken compares.

CL is a very trustworthy brand that delivers great products that slip under the radar (best multi and fishoil IMO on the market).
I am personally not a fan of JYM just because of how he comes off in person and online which turns me off from his brand. I also think it is pricey since he is exclusive to a few retailers. There are much better options besides JYM out there as the others have pointed out in here.
