After two days of nothing good my roommates and workout buddys are dragging me to the gym tonight. Rehydrating right now but will be going to the gym in a bit. I don't know when ill be back to the xgels, dont wanna waste them on supbar workouts, but I've got a bottle and a half still left. Really appreciate the kind words guys, the support from here was unexpected but certainly welcome.

no worries man .. i know you werent but always good to hear and speak out the emotions

glad your buddies dragged you and keeping you busy .. keep busy in life is what i always find helpful.

Yeah man we've all been there and its hard. Great to hear your have friends around you to brighten your day and get you up and moving.

Aight boys I think I’m back. Feels like I’ve been out of the gym for months despite it only being two weeks or what not. Got tired of feeling fat even though I’m down like eight pounds. Hit the gym tonight and hit 275 for one on bench and 225x5. Unsure of morning weight but at the time of the lift I was almost exactly 160. I feel bloated though bc I carb and sodium loaded to try and stay hydrated. Just ready to stop looking back and look forward and smash pr’s. Might be sporadic getting back into everything but I’ve got a bottle and a half of xgels I can’t wait to use.

Hit the gym every day so far this week, joints are tight from prolonged dehydration (assumed) but feeling better every day so plan is to start up again tomorrow at 4 caps before the weekend off and be full back on the horse next week. Really excited to see most of my strength is there still. A little frustrated with how long its taken me to get past the 285 mark but I hope with the xgels it'll fall without extra "supplementation" yet. Would love to hit 300 at 160 ish naturally.

4 caps and a Helluva day, worked up to 275 flat bench and hit it so quick I almost did two. Almost 100 percent certain I coulda. Went for 290 and missed it, tried again and missed it, slingshot at 295, then 305, and 315. Spotter touched the bar on first 315 rep so I did it again. Tried 325 but that was Barely too much. Feeling pretty humbled by the bar at double body weight even with the slingshot. After hit 225x7 and incline dumbbell 80’sx8 before accessories. The pump felt amazing but looked kinda “bleh” to me at least.

OK feeling pretty much back to normal in and out of the gym. Got a new preworkout "HELLNOX" which is really ramping up the energy in the workouts. Going to keep updating whenever something is noticeable and then give the one month and first bottle down updates too. So far the strength and work capacity gained in such short time has blown me away.

Definitely a noteworthy day, insane skin splitting pump. Muscles weren't 100 percent recovered and were a tad bit sore above 245 but did some 275 work, the set of 2 barely missed it. Did some 275x2 off a 2 board. Gonna post some pictures in a bit, one of them had me thinking about classic physique in a couple years if I can add some size.

BIG DAY!!!!! This log is no longer a "get back to my old max of 285" log on xgels. This is now a "road to 300" log. Yesterday I hit 290 just flying, 295 missed at lockout. Hit some reps at 315 with the slingshot after. Hopefully now I can be a little more patient with sticking to my program now XD In one month the amount of weight I've put back on my bench is ridiculous compared to what I've ever done before. Very excited to see where xgels can take me next

300!!!! Got 300 on my second try today. I can’t remember the last time I put 15 pounds on my bench in a week 😁 this stuff is insane. Probably have 6 days or so left in the first bottle. Unsure of how long the gyms will be open but this was a helluva way to go out

Best ever before xgels was 285, but I started xgels after an injury so I not only gained back all I lost I’ve also put 15 pounds on within the first bottle. Very impressed by this for a natty supplement

Aight boys, gyms may be closed but I'm not! I'm lucky enough to have a bench at home, only downside is that I can only bench narrower than competition grip. Pinkies on the rings instead of pointer fingers. Been keeping at it and the strength gains keep coming. Got 305 today with the narrower grip which is a huge accomplishment for me. Thrilled to have all you guys support me and me actually be able to deliver

Nice! 305 is pretty good especially since it's not your normal set up at the gym!

I’m absolutely thrilled with it all things considered. My triceps are my weak spot so getting an all time PR with narrow grip is insane to me. Very excited to see how the gains come in after quarantine ends

Rather than calling it quarantine i'm going to call it bulking season cause whether i like it or not i'm bulking haha I'm not moving as much but eatting around the same or more.

I’m definitely putting a little on around my waist. Shoulders and arms are a little more vascular but my stomach is getting soft.... I need to get out and about more and to a real gym

Same here! My step count is definitely down and cardio is down for sure!

Happy to hear someone is taking some interest from my log! It’s nice to be able to help people find an awesome natty product. The strength and workouts from arachadonic acid definitely made it a favorite for me. Not sponsored in any way just an awesome product that I don’t think gets enough recognition

I have to revisit xgels
It might be a great product that won’t mess with your hormones while you get everything stabilized. I’ve been tempted to stack it with arimistane which I think you said you’re gonna run? But it might be very rough on the joints
